Superb view from the apartment. Very easy check-in process with hosts responding quickly on Booking. Only seven minutes on foot from the Y blue Osaka line. Very spacious, clean and comfortable! Would happily return.

I didn't feel like it was a great location since there was nothing really nearby except the subway. And it was a bit pricey considering we stayed only 2 nights at a location like that.

Room was very spacious, comfortable & super clean! It had small balcony I think but we did not use it. There was a small kitchen with a kettle and mugs etc. We were allowed to check-in early since the cleaning lady saw us waiting and cleaned our room asap, so we could check in, which was awesome. Beds were comfortable. There was a table we could work at. Bathroom was big enough. We had a great stay here. Located near the subway.

Great location can get the street car or bus straight across from the hotel. Was easy to find from the station. Can walk to the museum and see the main Hiroshima building. Easy transport to the ferry terminal too. The restaurant downstairs was lovely and offered take away pizza which was amazing after a big day sightseeing. The rooftop bar was great and you get little coins to spend on a welcome drink and snacks. The room size was bearable for 2 adults and 2 kids (12&10) had 2 double beds

Spacious accommodation with laundry, kitchenette and balcony. Location relatively close to multiple stations so good base to travel from for larger rooms, and super close to convenience stores and some decent supermarkets. Some stations were less desirable than others but we never felt threatened walking through at night even with baby. Wish there were little things like a couple of pegs for laundry, scissors and more hooks in the shower area. They had lots of thoughtful lighting and a great charging station which was super handy.

The place is so nice and comfy. Rooms are really big you can open luggages on the floor. You will also have your own washing machine which is really handy we used it almost every day. The location is accessible from Tengachaya station which has the airport train line, we walked to and from the station on our arrival/departure. No hassle on transferring to different stations just to get to your stay. Aside from it there are also many stations around the area which makes the apartment really accessible. There’s also a family mart nearby to satisfy your cravings. Toiletries and other necessities are available. Room is equipped with a large ref, microwave, water heater, Utensils, and laundry rack. They are also very responsive to questions or queries. My family and I loved our stay here!

I wished there was a way to dry clothes after washing them. I hung them out on the terrace, but because it was windy, I woke up to find the clothes on the floor. As well a bottle of drinking water would have been nice😄

The bathroom and bathtub are small in size. The location area is a different side of Osaka. Though I always feel safe in Japan ie Tokyo, Nagoya, Nara, Kyoto and Kanaza, I witnessed the homeless people at Nishinari Ward where this accommodation is located.

I like the cleanliness of the apartment. All the basic amenities are provided. The online staff was prompt in our request.

My only problem was with the other guests: they would sometimes take all the towels leaving none in the communal drawer.

Good amenities, wifi, microwave and fridge, hanging rack on the balcony. Good value for money, staff were very helpful in fulfilling requests.

No TV. You'll need to hang clothes outside the balcony to dry. So if it rains, they'll get wet. If you booked a portable wifi to be delivered to the hotel, the courier service won't deliver it since this is a self-check in hotel. This is not against the hotel, but more of a note for incoming hotel guests.

Nearby train station (Hanazonocho), supermarket (Deirikanatoizumiya Hanazonoten), convenience store (FamilyMart). Kitchen appliances/utensils available. Private laundry machine. Spacious room and big beds. Free WiFi. Beside a train line but it's not noisy. Staff is also very helpful and responsive in the chat. Free rent of the umbrella for a rainy day.
