Shower was in a different location than the room, not a huge deal though.

Walkable to the lake and the town center. But might as well Yandex everywhere, it’s all accessible. Andrei is extremely helpful and friendly. Ask any questions and he’ll happily be of service.

Everything was good.

Everything. The location was close to everything. The yard was beautiful. The room was nice and clean. The host Audrey was super kind and helpful. I arrived a little late at night and he picked me up from the bus stop, which made me feel very safe and comfortable. Cholpon-ata is a beautiful town, it’s not big, but the scenery is wonderful, and you get so many outdoor activities to do. I will definitely visit again in future.

The house where we stayed was super cosy and comfortable, and Andrej our host is very kind and accomodating, as is his family. The place is located in a very quiet and calm part of the neighbourhood, while being close to the main road and the lovely garden adds to the tranquility. It had just started to bloom post-winter - it must be stunning, covered in blossoming trees and flowers in spring and fruit in summer!

so far, i didn't experience anything that would not me like the place..

the location is near the beach of Issyk kul lake..a 5 min. walk..and also a short distance from the main road. Mr. Andre the owner is awesome, he's accommodating, very friendly, informative and a kind person. he sees to it that we are comfortable and would always asks if we need something as he's willing to help us..he even volunteered to take us, driving his car, to the bus terminal, when we checked out. overall, i like the way he treated his guests..in fact if i have the next holiday soon in Cholpon Ata, i would still prefer to stay in his place... and of course, i would not hesitate to recommend RESORT 10 to all adventurer seekers, nature lovers and those who would like to get a splash at Issyk kul lake.

Perfectly perfect owner and comfortable room at reasonable price. He offered tea, jam, ride to the bus terminal and suggestion on what to do in Cholpon Ata.

There is nothing that much to do in Cholpon Ata...only one museum of petroglyphs and pretty nice hikes to the mountains from here. But it's nothing to do with the Andrey's accommodation.

Really great stay in Cholpon Ata. We visited this place in early May (it's an offseason in Kyrgyzstan), there wasn't many tourists. Resort 10 is a good accommodation, Andrey is a perfect host. He speaks also english, no problems at all with communication. He's such a nice guy. We really liked this stay, I can reccommend it. And beautiful garden!

It was amazing, Host was amazing and the location was very convenient, near the restaurants and supermarkets. It was a short walk from Issykul lake and park. Would highly recommend people to pick this as their choice of accomodation. His dog was the most adorable, and he had chickens and rabbits to look at too! Huge plus.

Nothing! I stayed much longer in Cholpon-Ata than planned, due mainly to how lovely the stay was here, as well as Andrey's hospitality. I'll definitely be back.

Andrey is awesome! He and his family were super kind and hospitable, and we had lots of really interesting conversations. He has a unique perspective on Kyrgyzstan and Cholpon-Ata, and has lots of great suggestions on things to do in the small town. He's very willing to take time out of his busy day to chat and relax with guests over tea. The property itself is really nice, clean, and comfortable, and has a great location near the bus station. Everything is walkable. Breakfast was amazing, and Andrey can arrange any other meals or activities needed.

I am starting regretting not to stay for more days even if the cold, barren winter is generally not a season for Cholpon-Ata, but the warm welcoming from Andrey and his family made up everything! I wish I will be back in the summer!
