The location was quite far from riverside (where the markets and people seem to be)

The bed was a little bit hard. There was a light smell of sewage in the room but it would go away when we turned the AC on.

Pretty good breakfast buffet. Room was clean and spacious. Shower had great water pressure and lots of hot water.

The health club is very basic, and the one time I went I was told that the treadmills were down due to a technical issue.

Not smiling when interacting with customers. Seems like rude look on face to me (even though staff doesn’t mean to be rude) but the looks make me feel discomfort about this hotel. Just improve your customer service skills with more smile and friendly interaction. That helps more. Other than that nothing wrong with this place. Also, The laundry prices are expensive.(less than) 2kg clothes = $6 😳😳. Thanks

The carved wooden furniture in the foyer and lounge was beautiful, the reception staff were so helpful about storing luggage after checking out.breakfast was lovely with toast and tea and a cooked breakfast available too

The refrigerators in the rooms had a strong, unpleasant smell, and there was no curtain or rail in the shower, which made using it a bit inconvenient.

Nice hotel and location. All attractions are in walking distance. Very close to the riverside. Very busy area in the city. Mr. Vierak, the manager of the hotel, is a very helpful and excellent person. I had a pleasant chat with him and Mr. Sahka at the front desk—both have great personalities and provided me with a lot of useful information about the city.

The fridge door was bent, so it didn't close well. Of course it had a huge ice block inside and outside it was burning hot. Also it being places inside a closet, doesn't really help for the ventilation. We took it to the bathroom and let it melt. That helped a little, but really recommend not to use this fridge anymore, a huge fire hazard.

The room is huge. The balcony is a nice addition to see the buz of the city from above. Very clean and the bed is super comfy. Wouldn't change anything (but the fridge). Very nice staff and they all speak good English.

The “gym” was very tiny spot in the corridor. The air-con was too loud to leave it on at night.

Very good hotel..Superb breakfasts & i actually like this location alot nearby to many central activities & excellent markets, surrounding Cafe's, restaurants..Staff are lovely people here including frontdoor, reception,coffee shop, restaurant (top service for breakfasts), & my balcony room was cleaned whenever i was ready & housekeeping are at your service during day time Just to add that the hotel has a Therapy massage muscular salon with small gym & friendly staff here as well, & i can recommend

The gym was a little outdated, but we were happy that there was a "gym" for some workouts. For example, i did lunges with a 7 and 8kg dumbell bcs i did not saw two dumbbels with the same KG. Totally not a big deal bcs i dont think people often use the gym.

Everything was just perfect! We had a good breakfast, the massage was different than usual but oke, the rooms were big and clean, shower was strong and had a good temperature. The people were so nice and helpfull! If i ever come back, i am for sure booking this Hotel!
