I’ve been here a few years ago, I have the feeling the overall quality deteriorated, the pool wasn’t well maintained, I was given a normal room although I selected the ‘balcony’-room on the Booking site

Sadly the location is not great. Everything in Kratie revolves around the river front and this place is 1.5 km away from the river.

Next time, I wouldn't choose the budget room. The pool: not deep at all or very deep. Nothing in between.

The hotel is far away from the town. We would consider booking an hotel closer to town or sleeping in one of the home stays on the islands. Rooms are basics but ok.

The staff at the hotel are very helpful to organize transfers, tuk-tuk etc. The rooms are basic and ok.

Pool was like pea soup which was a shame. Location is a tuk tuk ride from the riverfront and the livelier part of town.

Location down a side street some way from the riverside. Bed was not comfortable and everything was generally dilapidated

It was open for 2am check in, when the bus arrived. Although nothing was good, it did the job.

It was a very weird hotel. The staff weren’t helpful whatsoever, couldn’t even book a tuktuk and nearly missed our bus. I didn’t feel safe staying here. So far out of the centre

The location is clearly not the best to reach the city heart and especially to come back at night but most restaurant in town will help finding a tuk tuk

The place is quiet & relaxing with a nice swimming pool. A particular good point to the staff that is really helpful & nice.

Air conditioning was blowing, but it did not cool the room, so sleeping there wasn't very plesent. We were told someone would come and fix it, but that person didn't arrive.

The people that work there were great, the food and drinks were very good and the prices reasonable. They do have a pool, which we missed among the pictures 🙂 Though the hotel could use a bit of renovation we loved our time spent there and would come again.

They couldn’t find our reservation. This hotel has large rooms and clean bathrooms. The general maintenance was lacking, floors in common areas not clean, stairs had dirty footprints on the morning, and on return. Pool was mostly clean but several inches from full. Chaises covered in leaves. Breakfast was unavailable due to nobody there. It made us start an hour late. The baguette however was really good. I didn’t trust anything else.

Some of the neighbours played loud music at night & it was hard to get to sleep

We had a corner room with a balcony. Nice to get outside. Great having the swimming pool to cool off in . Really appreciated having the restaurant for meals & snacks with grandchildren who visited. The gym also provided fun & interest. Lovely helpful staff.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned and could use some fresh paint. But if you are looking for a cheap hotel, it's worth the price. A bit outside of the city center.

a little out of the way of the Main Street of kratie, but not a problem and easily walkable into town
