Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ItalyNothing, just the towels were small, but you could take more and I think it's a thing in lot of hotels here in Korea. Ps no elevator, but are 4 floors (4 single flight of stairs)
Very good position to visit the city and arrive/leave from station. Good the free use of the kitchen (noodles, eggs, bread, milk, orange juice, coffee, water station, prosciutto and cheese too) Free laundry and dryer (modern ones) Cozy (but bit small, like all asia) room, comfy bed. Efficient AC

MoroccoNo elevator, so. Going to 5f is a long way up, especially when you have heavy luggage. Tje beds kind of hard and no blackout curtains just the stores. So waking up before 6 is normal for light sensitive person like myself
Great value and amenities. The family room was close to the kitchen area, and the washers and dryers were so convenient. The manager very nice and helpful

A few meters from Chungjeongno station (lines 2 and 5) + plenty of bus lines. New facilities (building was renovated Nov 2024). Shared kitchen with free food (bread, coffee, tea, cereal, eggs, cheese, ham), utilities (washing and drying machine, microwave, toaster, cooker) and utensils. The manager Jongmin is the best! Super helpful and kind! (Hope he gets a raise 🤞🏻) I felt at home!

RomaniaEverything was perfect.
It was my first time in South Korea. I did not know what to expect, but this propriety exceeded all my expectations. Food like bread, noodles, eggs, cheese, ham was available 24 hours and a small kitchen where you cook. The host was very friendly and it was extremely clean and organized. They even offer umbrellas for free and washing machines. I will definitely choose this place on my next trip to Seoul.

United KingdomCould do with better sound proofing. Music from the shop below was loud - only an issue on the 2nd floor in certain rooms and definitely not worth not booking the hotel over.
Exceptional value for money, very clean, easy transport links and the little extras like the washing machine and dryer, coffee etc are epic. The directions and assistance from their team were amazing too. Hidden gem to be honest!

SingaporeThere is no elevator and the stairs are pretty steep, not a problem for us but just a thing to note for older people to be mindful. The two beds in the family room were close to each other.
Jerry is friendly and made us feel extremely comfortable throughout our stay. He helped to carry luggages up to our room even though there is no elevator. He was really nice to share recommendations on where to visit and eat in Seoul. Pantry is open 24/7 and constantly stocked up, we really appreciate his generosity. Wifi is fast and location is near to metro station (5min walk) which can get to most tourist areas easily. The decor of this accomodation is modern and neat. The flooring has heater. My dad really likes Jerry as he is very polite, and said he would love to stay in this accomodation when we visit Seoul in the future again.

Czech RepublicThe entrance to the accommodation and common areas are apparently still under construction, they weren't very nice and tidy, but that's definitely not a reason not to stay here 😉
The accommodation was well furnished. It is true that the stairs are quite steep, but if you do not have any mobility restrictions, it should not be too much of a problem. There is a washing machine and dryer, including supplements. Breakfast is not in the true sense of the word, but throughout the day you have various things available that are currently in the kitchen - bananas, cookies, soups, toast, ham, cheese. Jerry was nice and helpful.

United KingdomWe like hard beds so it wasn’t a problem for us but it was certainly more firm than what we were used to. I can imagine if you like a soft bed it might be difficult to sleep.
Jerry is an outstanding host and really made our stay in Korea unforgettable. He goes above and beyond to help you find authentic Korean food and experiences. The property was very clean and the available free coffee, water, bananas, noodles and eggs etc. is way above what is expected to be provided anywhere. The appliances are top of the range and shower pressure is also excellent.

Also, we received a lot of local recommendations and directions to the train station upon leaving. The place is clean, has some free food options in the shared kitchen. KazakhstanLocation is not ideal, everything should be reached by public transportation, but the bus stops and metro stations are nearby so it’s ok. No elevator in the building and the shared kitchen space is on the 5th floor. If you have heavy luggage might be a bit problematic to take it upstairs
The facilities are new and comfortable. Rooms and shared spaces are clean, it is a pleasure to stay. The rooms are small, yet there is enough space for baggage and the beds are big. You can also regulate the floor heating temperature in the room. Staff is attentive and helpful, always available to answer any questions personally or via messaging. Convenient kitchen with some free products for breakfast (eggs, toasts..) and free washing machines. We didn’t stay long but overall, it was a nice experience. Would recommend!)
