When we checked in, the air conditioner in the room was turned on and the remote control for it didn’t turn it off. We tried all buttons and pointed it right to the conditioner. We made a request about wrongly working air conditioner on the website which is the connection between you and the staff. But there were no option to write a comment about malfunction. And there was no status for the request on the website. By the way, remote started working after taking off the batteries and put them on again. But the batteries were sticky and dirty. We got cold figuring this out after getting here sweaty after the walk to the hotel in the heat.

The toiletries were very watery, there was no TV, no coffee and drinking water provided.

The view at night was great! I loved it to death🤪And although the property is close to a train station, the trains were not bothersome. My friend is a light sleeper but she managed to sleep throughout the night. If you are into Korean food, there are nice restaurants nearby. Commuting around the city is easy because the property is close to the bus stop and the buses are frequent. There’s hardly transfers and if there’s it’s usually one. The hotel is close to the Hyundai Seoul department store and there’s a direct bus to the express bus terminal

The room cleaning service was not done too many days, which created a very uncomfortable situation. It was very dusty because it had not been cleaned for many days. I also saw insects in the room twice.

Room us very nice window, good location, close the mall, metro station, airport bus station and airport terminal.

Superb facility for the price. Good location for sightseeing and the place seems quite safe (I supposed?). There is emart 24 right next to the accommodation.

Just the bed it's quite noisy when you move but we were able to sleep well :D But either way, all is well we recommend the place 100%

We like that it's technically in between 2 stations - Singil and Daebang. It's also few stations away to bigger stations like the Yongsan Station and Seoul Station therefore it is a strategic place if you plan to go outside of Seoul like Jeju via ITX or Busan via KTX. And it was less interaction too with staff so all we need is already there and accessible to us. There are nearby bus stops too so it's really not a hassle to go places to and from this hotel. There's even a convenience store so if it's winter, you won't have to leave the hotel anymore. FREE LAUNDRY! But you need to provide your own detergent therefore it's all good. Bonus were lots of storage options in the room, microwave is there and a big ref! :D

The facilities in the room are terrible and old My bed is extremely low and loose, it keeps shaking when I lie down The soundproofing is extremely bad and because it is near the train station, you will hear the train running until almost midnight. You can even hear it in the next room. There is still water residue in the electric kettle, the bottom of the electric kettle is moldy because of the remaining water and it is not cleaned thoroughly. The interior arrangement is very makeshift and superficial For this price, I recommend you stay elsewhere

there were literaly no people working there so if you want to ask something it's impossible also during our stay the housekeeper didn't clean our room even once when we asked one of the housekeepers they say that they don't know anything i think it's pretty bad for a hotel
