Nothing specific about the hotel, but the bus from and to the airport requires a special card, we couldn't pay cash or any credit card to purchase it in the bus, so it would be nice if it would be possible to buy these bus cards at the hotel

Good location on a cliff close to the beach, there is a path with stairs to go down. Beach is beautiful, surfing possible and bathing, chairs and umbrella available. Price was good, people friendly, food and room service were good too. I also definitely recommend the Aroma massages offered at the hotel. The reception also helped us to get a guide/driver for an island tour - ask for Jimmy. Other restaurants and bars are reachable with walking distance or taxi. Hotel is reachable from the airport by bus

The hotel provided just 2 coffee and 2 teabags, no sugar, cup and spoon, only some big paper cups. For five star hotel this is a bit strange practice. Furthermore during check in asked an iron from reception. They answered that there's an iron inside the room. Despite it, I didn't find it in my room.

The location of the hotel was awesome, very close to the event place, and ideal for walking to the beach area and discovering beauty of surroundings. The breakfast was excellent with a big choice of meals, fresh vegetables and fruits.

The hotel was really ok overall, i would recommend it! The island tho...it is gorgeous nature wise, but i expected more of the beaches and the people, they can be really mean or spit right next to you.....a place to explore, not to chill and relax on a beach with a cocktail, especially if you are a single traveller. There were no places around to just sit, enjoy a coffee and read a book, unless you choose a remote beach with either big, noisy tourist crowds or empty, with no coffee shops or facilities...it may be better if you are a group and do your own things!

A very comfortable little hotel in a good location. The staff, especially the front desk and the diner restaurant were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and trying to help even if the language barriere got in the way at times. I felt well looked after as a guest.

Could never get the functions of the toilet to work Dining and cocktail choices were limited. Ended up going to a different nearby hotel for both.

It’s a bit worn. The fitness rpm was airconditioned so running was a bit of a challenge. The room service is the worst ever. Whatever you do, don’t order anything to eat. Wireless internet was sketchy on/off, very unreliable.

This hotel is fine but definitely not the five stars they are advertising. Location is good, close to a lot of stuff. Clean spacious room.

The inside of the building can use some updating. The hallways need to be repainted and our room itself had a bit of a musky ordor. But it was not a deal breaker considering the kids enjoyed this hotel very much. We had a loft for our boys that gave them privacy and made the room feel bigger.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The outdoor pool was wonderful. Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool very much. The location was good with restaurants nearby.

The bathrooms were quite old, and I would say that the hotel seems more 4 star than 5, especially compared to its neighbours. However, the price definitely made up for that. There isn't EV charging and the convenience store is tiny and closes at 12am, but its neighbouring hotels have both so its not a big issue.

Great Value, great location in between big brand 5 star hotels such as Lotte, Shilla and Parnas. Check-in staff were friendly, room was lovely, spacious and clean.

The carpet in the room was dirty / looked like has not been deep cleaned for a while. The restaurants/bar closed early and same with room service so there is really no option to get food in the hotel - we had to settle for the convenience store outside which is not great. Normally hotel room service operates 24hours but not here.
