Everything!!! The hotel is really nice, the staff is very respectful and helpful. They let us put our bags in a safety storage room. The room is great! Huge TV. You can wash your cloth for free! Super spacious. Great bed and extra pillows. Great shower. Easy and quick check-in. Very close to metro station. I will come back here!

Location, it’s off Main Street.

I stayed there 2 months after the grand opening, everything is new and clean. I had it very cheap so I can’t complain on the value. You can’t expect white glove service with these hotel, but for what I pay for, the room was phenomenal. Hotel is very technological advance, which I love!!!! It also have small table in the room to relax and have snack. The laundry is free. The staff go out of their way to help. I learn that if you need big taxi, try to arrange with the hotel, it’s better than outside.

We only wish we had more time to enjoy it - both this place and Busan itself are amazing!

The rooms were very comfortable. There was even a styler in the room - something we’d heard a lot about - and we were excited to finally try it out. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was great and well-equipped. We had all the amenities we needed, along with some thoughtful complimentary items like tea, coffee, shower gels, moisturizers, and more. There’s also a lovely rooftop area with unlimited coffee, tea, and water, and a FANTASTIC view. We definitely recommend staying here!

The shower has no sparate space, once used the shower, the whole room got wet. Also the exhaust fan in bathroom has no clearly instruction, we dont know how to turn it on the first two day, so the whole room got really steamy after shower.

A bit walking distance to the shopping area and it is quiet at night. Anyway there are many convenient stores nearby.

Spacious for family of 4, 2 out of 4 are small kids. The kids like the bath hub. Overall is good and value for money. Friendly and helpful staffs.

Everything. While hotel is super clean. Big room with comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with bath tube and shower, separate toilet. The rooftop terrace with coffee machine, ice tube machine, microwave was really nice. The lady at the reception is amazingly kind and helpful. In walking distance there are few restaurants, seven eleven and metro station. Really recommend this hotel!

Exceptionally clean. Value. High tech room. English language friendly. Amazing location. Calm and quiet area but short walk to all the main things. Our room came with a massive tub for baths. And something which I've never had before - an air dresser: an express dry cleaning service in the room. No negatives. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
