Unfortunately, the extra bed was broken, but the reception staff responded quickly and provided us with an additional room, which we really appreciated. Our stay was for 4 days and overall, the hotel was good and comfortable. One suggestion: the breakfast spread could be improved as the options were quite limited.

The location was great and close to everything by walking 10-15Min staff were friendly and the hotel was quite good enough in comparison with other options we had in Almaty. I will recommend this place to my friend.
