This hotel was stunning; the staff were great especially the young reception guy who checked us in. He checked in on us every day to make sure we were OK. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff so helpful. The hotel was clean and felt so safe.

Great location ...easy to walk everywhere. Lovely hotel and comfortable room with balcony - traditional wooden style with nice furnishings. Staff were exceptionally kind and efficient and breakfast was very good.

The service was excellent, and we also had dinner at the restaurant, where the food was great. Highly recommended!

At the time I preferred not to argue because the lady presenting the bill was very pregnant and I didn’t want to annoy her. But it left a sour taste in my mouth since I felt the property simply stole 4 dollars from me.
Great location, out of the Main Street and by the river in a street full of nice restaurants.

Incredibly beautiful, authentic, and every detail thought of. Samair was very helpful in arranging everything. Highly recommend this jewel in Luang Prabang. Without a doubt the best spa and the best massage in Luang Prabang. Worth the try!

Absolutely stunning rooms.”There is nothing I didn't like about Burasari Heritage Hotel, the staff are outstanding and the rooms are absolutely beautiful. The beds are super comfy and the bed linen is crisp and lovely to touch.
I don't eat breakfast so this question is not applicable but the restaurant where breakfast is served overlooks the river in a lovely quiet part of town, so I assume it would have been very nice

Shower was open in the room is strange Location is not for those wanting to be closer to the action - down the other end of the historic early.
Great to have bicycles available to borrow every day. Top-end of the historic center meant it was very quiet. Spa treatments were excellent. Staff very friendly.
