Great hotel in a good location. I think our room had the best view in the hotel . Breathtaking! Breakfast was good with lots of variety. We were there in March and the mornings can be a bit chilly so it’s nice that they have indoor dining as an option . Rather than climbing the very popular, busy Nam Xay viewpoint. We climbed a different, higher, less popular one. We were there only two people there and the views and whole experience were spectacular.

An amazing experience – one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! We book at the hotel for 2 nights and extend for 4 more night , and it was without a doubt one of the best experiences we have ever had! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with a smile and personal attention, and took care of every little detail. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and super clean, with a spectacular view of the mountains with hot air balloons in the background. The atmosphere in the room was simply perfect. The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from the center (relatively close, you barely feel the walk) really worth the distance, you are not in the middle of the pressure, noise and hustle and bustle but you can jump in there in a moment. The pool was spacious and easy to use, very clean, there is even a jacuzzi and you can ask the staff to turn it on and they will do it with love. Regarding the transfer from the airport to the hotel, it is really worth the price, they are waiting for you there no matter how long it takes, they take you to the entrance of the hotel without delays and stops, the van is spacious and comfortable, worth every shekel! But the thing that left the most impression on us was the amazing service! The staff was always available, at any time, even in the middle of the night, the staff is polite and ready to help with anything, they will always smile at you, take an interest and ask if everything is okay and how the day was and if you need help planning the day, they are amazing!! – They even sent us a message the day before arrival and said they were looking forward to seeing us. In conclusion, if you are looking for a luxurious, high-quality hotel that is really worth every shekel, I highly recommend Conftti Garden! We will definitely be back again!

From the moment we walked in, we felt a warm smile and a sincere welcome, and this feeling stayed with us throughout our stay. The hotel is in a location is very good, just a 3 to 5 -minute walk to the night market and the city. , just a stone's throw away from the night market. The hotel staff speaks great English. The room is large, clean and tidy, fully equipped, the air conditioner is quiet and cool, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a rich breakfast. You can go to the front desk to go sightseeing or change money and call a taxi, which is very convenient. Thank you very much for your service

Tiles at main entrance were slippery in the rain. (I fell over.) And the stairs to the rooftop bar were also very slippery. (My friend fell on them.)

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. We received a room upgrade which was very nice. Lovely buffet breakfast. Great location. Front desk staff were very helpful in organising tuk tuk's and mini vans.

We had a perfect stay at Confetti hotel ! Everything was just great. Rooms, cleanliness, fantastic grounds, breakfast, everything was great. Particularly noteworthy are the great staff who are always friendly and round off the stay. If you have the opportunity, you should definitely stay here. We'd love to come back!

10/10 for the excellent customer service! Prompt in all our requests and very thoughtful in many ways, e.g. giving us a bag with bath towels and bottled water for our trip to the blue lagoons. Minus 2 stars for the so-so breakfast and for our room that needs a renovation.

Staff was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay. They laundry service, breakfast, pool and made sure we were aware of all amenities. Even said that we could come back and use the pool after checkout. Room upgrade was offered and a nice surprise. Overall a great experience

This is a lovely hotel with well appointed and clean, comfortable rooms. My room was on the fourth floor and have a balcony had wonderful mountain views from balcony (408). The manager and staff are all very friendly and helpful. I actually extended my stay here as I was so chilled! The breakfast is simple but plentyful and the location is close to the restaurants and bars in town and the river. The rooftop bar is also great and again has great views of the mountains, especially at sunset. Would recommend to anyone

Amazing hotel with incredible service. Rooms are clean and tidy and very spacious. We had an executive suite on the 4th floor overlooking the view for a family of 4. We got an extra bed for $15 and the extra space was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was brilliant and catered to all of our needs The pool was amazing and the kids had a ball! The location is probably the best out of all the hotels we saw. Currency exchange to all currencies and organisation of tours was easy and well priced compared to others in town. Short walk to amazing restaurants and the night market. A must stay! We will be back! We had a fantastic time. A special shoutout to Tee who went above and beyond to help us with train tickets, tuk tuk rides and currency exchange. Would recommend to anyone
