The bed is a bit old. Everytime i turn or get in- out of bed it make noise. No sound proof at all, i can hear people next door.

The internet never worked!! When we arrived we did not have a TV and refrigerator, but the staff very nice gave us another room with TV and refrigerator. One of the days we arrived to eat breakfast at 9:30 am, they started cleaning and pick up the food 15 minutes to 10 am, he asked them for a piece of bread and they told us than the breakfast was close, very disappointed for a loan of bread and not even 10 o’clock. Also one night we went to use the pool, we asked for towels, but they said that they don’t towels to use at the pool, we have to use the room towels, we surprise about this because we need towels for the pool ..

There was some construction going on and was very noisy and I couldn't work online. Had to go to a Cafe.

Location was great, room comfortable and decent size. Breakfast was decent and staff were helpful.

The only real problem was, when I was leaving the hotel ordered me a taxi that I waited for outside (because I wanted to have a cig but when a taxi arrived it turned out to be a different taxi that I had to pay for and I'd already paid for the one the hotel had ordered. Annoying.

The breakfast was good, a buffet with eggs cooked to order, the room was small but clean and quiet, the internet was Ok most of the time although slow at peak usage times. The cleaners were always helpful too.

The pool was neglected. If they made a little effort to fix it up- fill with water so it filters properly and clean up all the old broken chairs and replace them- the hotel would be much more desirable. I left because I found a better pool for the same price. There was a gentleman at breakfast each morning who I guessed was the owner? He had a sad look on his face, I guess he saw all his money running out because of people were eating too much. It did not affect the score because maybe he was just a sad guest. The TV did not work and staff said they were old.

The place had a beautiful inner courtyard with places to sit. The staff were very kind and smoling. The breakfast was great particularly the omelette rings. The position was very central.

The swimming pool had too much chlorine in the water, and my eyes were burning for hours after I went swimming.

The room was big and comfortable, clean and with a good bed. There was a private toilet with shower, and shampoo and soap were provided. Outside the room there is a small yard with tables when you can sit and relax, and were they usually serve breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful. There is a swimming pool.

The hotel is in the city center with walking distance to Sisaket and other intesting places in Vientianne. The price is very good with tropical breakfast, swimming pool, the staff speak English.

Room was sweltering when I arrived but soon cooled down with the A/C.

Breakfast was very acceptable and it was great to be able to cool off in the outside swimming pool on a very hot day. Room was ok, but nothing to get too excited about. The staff were happy to let me leave my luggage most of the day as I ha a night bus - much appreciated!

Everything was very good

I got upgraded for free which was great. Although the room was small it was clean and had good facilities ( fridge, kettle, hot water, AC and excellent wifi.)Breakfast was a sufficient buffet- western & Laos. The shaded outdoor courtyard and pool were lovely after hot day sightseeing. Location very close to river, markets, various Wats and places to eat. Reception helpful when my booked transfer didn’t show up. I enjoyed my stay there

The decor was a little tired, however everything was scrupulously clean. Being vegan, I would have liked a vegetable dish available at breakfast. However, the breakfast buffet was otherwise well-stocked with fresh fruit, and the food was plentiful.

It's a totally NON-SMOKING hotel - brilliant!!! The location of the hotel is awesome, very close to the central fountain at the centre of town making it really easy to walk to major attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, with a very attractive central courtyard and swimming pool.

The room was a bit dark, it was on the first floor, and the television didn't work. I prefer a less firm matress. Breakfast ends at 9:30, a bit early for late goers. The internet was a bit spotty.

There were no towels to use the pool,you had to use the room towels. This prevented us from having a swim as having a shower afterwards would mean using wet towels.

The rooms need more maintenance, walls are dirty, bathroom was a bit moldy, TV wasn’t working.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast bufet and the location is perfect with lots of restaurants, cafe, temples, night market, etc.
