Everything was wonderful, no complaints at all)

It was my third time in Rinno hotel for the last year. I always come back, because it is a such a cozy and welcoming place. A perfect balance of price and quality! I don't know, how they manage to do it, but the personnell is always so warm-hearted, frankly willing to help! Very nice people. I enjoyed the room (miraculously, the same room as it was previous two times), the breakfast - everything! I really feel that I have safe place and home in Vilnius:) I am very grateful)

Heating system could have been automatic. I felt some cold early in the morning and realized that moment I should have manually adjusted the hot water flow in the radiator.

The location is convenient, walking distance to the old town and also to the bus station (if you are planning to visit Trakai) and to different airport bus stops. Personnel was super friendly and helpful. Bedroom was big, clean, quiet, comfy bed, with all the facilities you need. Nice breakfast. The omelette was amazing (also pancakes).

The hotel is very cosy and the staff is welcoming and cooperating at all times. It is like a second home whenever we come. This time there was a problem- workers in neighbouring building decided to drill and make construction works during night hours- all the sounds and talks were coming through the ventilation system to our room- no rest at all. But Rinno hotel management and reception did all what they could to soothe the situation and keep us with Rinno. Thank you for the wonderful care and thoughtfulness. We keep Rinno in our hearts.

No elevator, air conditioner not working (but they bring heater for us).

Bed wasn't the most comfortable and although it was a double we had two single duvets which was strange. But not much we didn't like. Good value hotel.

Nice hotel very close to the old town and museums. Everything was within walking distance. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. I told them it was my birthday and even left us small bottles of prosecco in the room and a happy birthday card. Breakfast was great, a good continental selection and options to order eggs or pancakes as well. Lots of tourist information available from reception and leaflets/maps/guides also available. Room was spacious and clean. Also had a small balcony which was a nice touch (only big enough for standing so probably with smokers in mind!). They let us store our bags after check-out on our final day which was helpful.

I’m not a fan of carpeted flooring in the rooms, but this is very common. Also, the bathroom might need a little more light. But all in all, no serious issues, we liked everything.

For some reason the hotel felt very special and warm. Maybe it was the interior (which is nothing special, but still cozy), or the kind and helpful hosts, or the quiet tiny street, or the large windows with a stunning view over the old town. We had a surprisingly delicious breakfast: there was a little buffet with snacks, buns and cereal, but everyone is offered a hot meal of choice cooked for them (with no additional pay). We picked scrambled eggs with ham and pancakes with cottage cheese. The portions were beautifully served and the food was very tasty. Maybe the hotel feels a little old, but it seems like the staff makes everything that depends on them to make it as comfortable and welcoming as possible.

It was our third stay at this hotel and we still loved it. Rooms and spacious and clean. Hotel receptionist was very kind and helpful. There is something for everyone at breakfast in morning and it was delicious from bread options to pancakes. This hotel is right in the heart of old town so you can easily access all historical places. It is also very near from train station.

Not a negative for me but there is no lift so it may be problematic for someone with mobility problems or very heavy luggage. Having said that, the stairs are wide and not steep so the access is easy.

nice large room, very clean. There was a kettle in the room and tea and coffee. The temperature inside was very pleasant. I have appreciated it as it was cold outside. Great breakfast with plenty of options - you can choose warm option - scrambled eggs, omelette, pancakes - made to your taste. Very friendly staff. Great hotel overall.
