However, there are a couple of things that could be improved: the floor in the breakfast room was slippery and creaky, and although we mentioned it to the staff, it was ignored. Also, our guests who came only for breakfast (and paid extra) didn’t receive any guidance on what was available or where to go, which felt a bit unwelcoming. Other than that, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

I really liked how my booking was handled by the staff. I got room upgrade and complimentary drink upon arrival. Junior suite was really comfortable, breakfast at rooftop was 4+ out of 5. Hotel has private parking, which is very useful when traveling by car. I don't see any reason why not stay there again when visiting Riga next time.

the road directly in front of the hotel - taxis halt for only a second as they are not really supposed to stop there at all :)

very nice breakfast, clean rooms and corridors, not in the historic centre but maybe good so, as less hassle but still close to it. our room had a window to the main street which was at times busy. But the windows kept all the noise out.

Our air-conditioner was broken, it was impossible to turn it off, and it was extremely cold, thankfully the receptionist was able to turn it off quickly through the central system.

The hotel is in a very good place, this was our second time staying there. Clean and comfortable modern rooms.

Some channels (e.g. Euronews, BBC World etc.) were not available on the TV (or at least i didn't manage to get them to work).

Clean, modern looks, the hotel seems " new&fresh", really clean, good quality personal care products in bathrooms. If you come by car - reserving a hotel parking lot is highly recommended, it protects from the headache related to parking in Riga's downtown.

Nothing really major apart from that the mattress felt quite firm, but maybe just because im not used to firm mattresses. But again on positives bed was lovely, big and spacious.

Check in procedure was easy and smooth. Friendly welcoming staff who explained verything very well always makes good first impression and comfirtable stay. Room was spacious and clean, wuth windows facing back yard as requested- which was excellent.Location is cenrral and very conveninet. Well done and keep it that way:). Will be back again.

The room was modern and nicely furnished. The black bathroom interior is peculiar but stylish. Breakfast was well assorted with tasty options. With a reservation of the parking space you can register your licence plate and just drive through the gate to the lot. There are some good restaurants in the neighborhood and everything can be reached by foot.

Size of the room, no wardrobe, somewhat narrow beds in our twin rooms and crazy air conditioning, which was super loud in both rooms (earplugs provided on the bedside table) and keeps on cooling at 18C

Sound proofing for the room could have been better and the A/C was occasionally somewhat noisy.

Nice and modern room. Great breakfast buffet with lots of variety and a lovely rooftop terrace, too.
