No elevator - that’s the only thing we can think of..

Perfect, perfect, perfect location. Very easy to get to the main square and to the shopping areas and restaurants. Even though it was close to all the fun, the rooms were surprising quiet. Welcoming and accommodating staff. The traditional Moroccan breakfast was generous and delicious. The room was comfortable and beautiful. So many interesting nooks and crannies and courtyards and places to sit and relax indoors and outdoors at this riad, all of which were beautiful.

The breakfast, room, and staff were all so wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was delicious and so filling. Our room was gorgeous with a comfortable bed and lovely decor.

The AC in our room (26) wasn't very effective in heating. It likely takes too long to heat.

The riad is right off the medina. The staff is extremely polite and forthcoming and helpful. The property looks much more beautiful in person than in the pictures here. Breakfast is delicious and filling too.

Casa Hassan has all the basic needs and comfort met; eg. hot shower, dry/wet toilet, good room size for luggage to open/lay around. warm and fresh breakfast from kitchen. Communicated with our private transfers and helpful in luggage transport to car. Very strategic location with <200m away from the square (where taxi/vehicle can park to wait). The price is higher, but worth the pay. Book early during festive month as good one runs out fast. All these basic hospitalities made our stay during the chilling winter month felt very comfortable. Well designed with character and well maintained building condition made our stay memorable :)

Wonderful staff and the perfect cozy Riad. It was located just inside the Medina so perfect for those that want an easier trip from the car to the Riad. The staff was wonderful and helpful- giving us recommendations for places to visit while we were in town. We also loved the little fires and cozy places to curl up on a cool night. Loved this spot! Great breakfast too!

Staff was very helpful but always seemed to be in a hurry. We had a very bad experience with a driver who almost killed us in the road (seriously) while traveling from Fes to Chefchaouen, who we hired through the hotel. We immediately reported him with the staff.

I don’t know if you can escape this if you stay in a riad because of the architecture, there was a window that faces the inner courtyard do you could hear people who talked and walked by. You could not hear people once they were in their room.

Breakfast was AMAZING. The beds were super comfortable. The room was so cute and comfortable with a sitting area, electric tea kettle, cups and tea. The building itself was beautiful. The location could not be best. We kept buying things and were able to loop back frequently to drop things off, use the toilet, rest. The staff was very friendly.

1-it is unbelievable but credit card is not accepted! 2-always call the reception to find the suggested parking area, they will explain well where you can park your car. because google maps can not find the hotel, and also the parking area. these informations can be sent to all customers before the arrival via an E-Mail !

Clean and perfect decorated rooms and all hotel with lots of arts. breakfast is also good enough.

The hotel is in the Medina close to everything. Each room was decorated differently. We had a four poster bed in ours and we had a wonderful view from the window over the rooftops.
