We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Saudi ArabiaDisappointed the TV was not working in the room and took a while to get a lift between floors but that could be due to the hotel being fully occupied.
Quick stay and was welcomed with friendly service from all staff that took care of requests. Room was nice and spacious with comfortable stay. Location was good with services, shops and access points available.

United StatesI mean it's a dated facility, but it's clean comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Everything functioned as it should.
The staff is wonderful, breakfast service is lovely. The rooms are clean and appropriately appointed. The location is perfect for wandering around the city. We used the map App on my phone and walked to the Hassan II Mosque in 20mins. The Souk Medina market is a 10min walk. The Marche Central is a 5min walk. Casablanca has a magical winding system of back roads, just off the main strip that is a must travel route if your city walker. Taxis service is right outside the hotel 24/7, so you can get transport anywhere very easily.
