Mis-leading information, I booked a poolside room paying extra money for the room, expecting to access via room but was given a room on first floor which was very disappointing and when we complained was not given any discount.

The food was good but it wasn’t amazing. There are two restaurants, a buffet and a Moroccan restaurant. You can use the Moroccan restaurant one night (as part of the all inclusive). That restaurant isn’t great, the buffet is better.

We really enjoyed our staff, the staff members were very friendly, the room was clean and spacious. The pools were lovely with plenty of loungers. The free shuttle bus was excellent.

More variety of fish and seafood. There was very litle fresh fish and sea food with mainly meat on the menu.

food was great. A buffet is a buffet and rarely hot enough for my liking but thats just me. There was a microwave but I didnt need to use it. Salads were fabulous. Made to order pasta, afternoon BBQ was lovely and breakfast omlet made to order. All in all it was very good.

The kids club is not really there and not much to do with kids, a playground would be good to keep them busy when the pool are not opened or too cold.

Food was very good, the staff is lovely and very helpful. The heated pool was good but the rest was really cold (very normal in March). The place is beautiful and felt very relax. The kids club needs a bit work

When we arrived we had no kettle or tea facilities so we had to request that- even then, the tea and coffee were not topped up during housekeeping each day Rooms need updating- bathroom has no shower curtain or glass, so water was getting everywhere Our garden door did not lock Safe did not work One day had to call up to 4 times to get some water (we had a baby and needed water to make her milk) Often had trails of ants come in from the connecting door Had to get to the food hall early to get a nice high chair for the baby Entertainment could be better Few days we had works going on which was noisy Our room was near the back by the bar downstairs so we could often hear the music until late which was annoying.

Staff were friendly and attentive Inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner were good (but had to get there somewhat early to get the food before it ran out Free shuttle to the Medina and from the airport to the hotel.

Nothing really, except for the fact that the rooms didn’t have extension boxes that could accommodate plugs or chargers for other nationals. Even if it had just one, would have really been nice. We had to get them the next day. Otherwise everything else was fine.

It was ALWAYS clean. Friendly and polite staff. Very nice people. Tarik was also an excellent staff at Atlas restaurant, he was always very helpful, we had no worries at all. I liked that the food had different varieties, a mix of their local food and other intercontinental dishes.

WHY CHARGE GUESTS FOR TOWEL? And why does it have to be cash

Staff were amazing. Everything apart from the fact we had to pay £10 deposit for every single towel we wanted for the swimming pool was faultless but this just annoyed me a little. Needed cash and would not put on tab for hotel room.

It would be great to have heated kids pools (it was minimally heated), so could have used more pools (feb half term). The kids club was a bit dire, but perhaps its because it was out of season and nothing had been restocked. The staff in kids club were lovely though

The beds are very hard and pillows very uncomfortable. If the beds and pillows can be changed then that would be great.

Hotel was beautiful, facilities excellent and staff amazing. Adnan the manager was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him to accommodate our party of 24. The staff at the restaurant were also very helpful and friendly. The rooms are big and spacious.

Need to offer a greater selection and offer more hot Food items

The receptionist Mr Talib was wonderful right from the start to finish, offering any help required. The bar staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly and offering top service. I stayed at the same resort 3 years ago, since then they have definitely improved on the service levels. They made our whole family feel very welcomed and it was such a pleasant stay.

Nice gym well-equiped, nice food ( a lot of excellent Morrocan specialties), shuttle to Marrakesh, beautiful hotel, travel agency within the hotel to organise trips and excursions, nice spa facilities, very good value for money overall, one outside heated swimming pool

The hotel is excellent, sraff is very friendly and tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The place is clean, daily cleaning of the rooms and fresh towels. The gardens are well maintained. There was one heated pool and another one in the aqua park. My children enjoyed the aqua park. There is evening entertainment and actvities throughout the day. The entertainment team is very friendly and always around chatting to guests. Good variety food and drinks options. Coffee is good and included in the all inclusive package. Easy access to airport. The hotel facilities and service are excellent. But it's in the middle of nowhere, outside the hotel you see constuction sites and abandoned buildings. You can not just go out for a walk. If you are happy to stay inside or use taxi, then this is a great place to stay.

The room was quite basic, (typical 3 star level), especially the bathroom. The kids sofa beds were very hard and didn't have a proper blanket. The soundproofing was lousy and you could hear everything from the corridor. The staff were slow serving drinks and it was often hard to get a refill in the restaurant. The free shuttle bus into the city was always booked out, we only got one free ride during one week and that was at 7:30 in the evening.

The landscaping and building was nice, they had a real Morrocan feel to it. The pools were good sizes (although the big one was not heated). The aquapark was a great addition, which the kids really enjoyed. There was plenty of food throughout the day. And the evening shows were entertaining.

Outdoor pool was very cold but we managed to swim in it for a bit.

A very friendly and relaxed vibe - perfect for a long weekend. If we had stayed longer we would have gone to experience the desert. Aquapark was fun.

Location wasn't the greatest. We like somewhere to walk to, but it is a little isolated. Marrakesh only 15 mins in a taxi, but couldn't walk there on very busy roads.

Cleanliness of the place. Friendliness of the staff, who all went out of their way to please. The quality of the entertainment was excellent. Food quality and choice were terrific. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool. All inclusive drinks were pretty good. All in all, great value for money.

Due to the hotel closing for a month after our stay, staff began to shut down the hotel while we were staying there. There was a notable change in the variety of dinner and dessert options during the course of our three night stay. The kids sofa beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. They need a mattress topper minimum. We saw limited activities as advertised on the board.

Great sized room with a large bathroom, containing a bath and shower. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Plates were quickly collected when finished with. Staff were very friendly with the kids. Good range of food, some freshly made while you wait. Slightly warm pool.

Pool could have been warmer 34-36 degrees, it was a bit cold for me - 29 degrees. Kids only went to the pool once which was a shame. Although they enjoyed playing basketball and football. Due to low occupancy week there was minimal entertainment.

We are a family with two kids, with one being a teenager. We stayed at the resort during the week before Christmas. Excellent staff and hospitality. Special mention to Idris. All of them were very friendly and were always at your service - whether it is about getting your meal at your table, refilling your drink. Excellent food, with lots of Veggie options, which was really important for us. Spa was also amazing, we got a special offer and throughly enjoyed it.

The location was a bit far out. The courtesy bus had to be booked well in advance for trips into and out of city.

The hotel was spotless. Very good variety of food at meal times, no long queues, plenty of tables and eating areas. Very friendly staff
