Many smaller things takeaway from higher rating such as breakfast items, T.V needs other channels, & maybe lighting & small fridge would be a bonus

Location is good, as well parking, & room was fair, but better with balcony or poolside. , my room was clean & attended by reliable staff.. Breakfast is fair, but could improve with different choice of style, apart from boiled eggs, as well to add fresh juice, & good olive oil...this is breakfast for me, but with swimming pool & cleanliness, i'd have to give this solid 7.5 rating

I'd change the light in the lift. It is a bit dark in there 😎

The staff was kind and very helpful. We felt very comfortable here. The pool looked very inviting but it was too cold for us still. However we enjoyed having something to drink sat around it.

The amenities in the room could have been a little better. At least some water or a water boiler in the room can be provided. Wifi was a little weak in the room.

We stayed for a night before moving on our road trip. Decent stay based on the price point. Breakfast provided was good and the staff were really kind.

This is nothing to do with the hotel but I want them to be aware. I asked the reception to book me a transfer to the airport. I asked how much it would be and they told me 200 dhirams. But when we got to the airport the driver asked for 250 and of course he had no change and took 260. It’s not a big deal but it’s irritating.

Clean, tidy, helpful staff. Ok breakfast. Convenient for the CTM bus station and the train.

It's slightly expensive for the old looks of the hotel (except the fancy swimming pool). The breakfast is super basic.

The welcoming people, and also the fact the had a save place for my bike. They also helped me pointing out where I could fix some things, like buying a sim-card.

Staff could be absent for ages, but pleasant enough when found.

In quiet street off main ville nouvelle avenue near good places to eat. Nice room, excellent pool. Breakfast included good.

We had to ask for tea, or hot water as there was no boiling kettle in the room, and sometimes it was impossible to get tea , depending on who was on duty, obviously they saved Moroccan tea only, it would have been easier if they brought hot water and english tea bags to the table so we can make it our selves, however some staff members were happy to make us English tea when we asked, but others will say kitchen is closed, so during that time no hot cuppa! Cleaners were marvelous but the bathroom always had a foul smell regardless of their thorough cleaning, seems like its a drain problem, it spoils the room environments.....

Unfortunately, the walls are rather thin and you could hear the other hotel guests who were on the same floor in the hallway or opened/closed their room door. There was a somewhat unpleasant smell from the bathroom, which probably came from the shower drain (or the toilet).

Our room (and bathroom) was a decent size and clean. Our window faced the courtyard which made it pleasantly quiet. The staff was friendly and the check in was straightforward. The breakfast buffet was simple but met our expectations. There were rolls, sweets, jams, honey and cheese. There were also fruit juices, tea and coffee. On the day of departure, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout without any problems while we were still on the road in Fes. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the railway station in Fes.

Air conditioning didn't work, not even in our second room we changed, breakfast was really really poor.

Swimming pool and location. Towels were, thank God, changed daily and it was clean. Sadly, this is everything we liked.

We loved the location, it’s very close to everything. The swimming pool of the hotel was a nice way to survive the hottest part of the day! All of the personnel was really nice and helpful. The airconditioning in the room worked really well!

The hotel does not look very cared for. it could be more carefully organised and cleaned

it has a terrace and a pool. some of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was OK but exactly the same everyday.
