I didn't like that I didn't have hot water all the time. I didn't like that the hotel needs a major renovation, everything looks old and shabby. I didn't like that it was constantly being renovated and knocked about. The breakfast seemed a little poor for a 5-star hotel!

Very comfortable bed, I haven't slept in such a comfortable bed in a long time. Special kudos to Mrs. Esma, always very smiling responsive, always ready to help, and she helped me a lot during my stay at the hotel.

Sometimes too much music in the garden, could be little bit lower and more maroccian sounds.

Very beatiful architecture but everything lacks maintainace. The garderner has very green hands, the plants were very healthy. Reception was very helpful.

The hotel's location was really good. We could walk to the Marina in about 20 minutes. There were lots of restaurants along the way too. Staff were excellent and willing to assist always with a lovely smile The pool was clean although we did not use it. The water fountains which will give a lovely vibe in the hotel grounds and outside were not working. Breakfast was good. There is a night club at one end of the hotel so the room given to user is key. I loved the presence of a traditional Moroccan tea maker in the lobby.

As a 5 star hotel they should provide bottle of water ,kettle with some coffee or tea at least, maybe they can improve on this.

Good location ,the size of the room was big enough,I got the room with amazing view facing the swimming pool.

When we arrived the pool was empty and they just started filling it in. We had ants in our room. The shower took about 15minutes to get to a not freezing temperature. Aside from 4 other guests we were alone in the hotel and they seemed to be kind of in preparation for the season. The food in the hotel restaurant is medium.

The staff was very friendly and so accommodating. The breakfast was great and the room was beautiful and very big with a lot of cupboard space. The hotel itself is very beautiful and probably terrific if your not there during ramadan and feel a little like you are in a closed hotel.

There is a nightclub in the hotel and the music is extremely loud. Thankfully our room was away from the club so we could not hear the full force of the music. Music does not stop until 2 am. I would not recommend this hotel for a family with young children for this reason.

The staff were very friendly. They also provided us with an upgrade. The room was very nice and had lovely warm Moroccan features. The bed was also very comfortable. The location was also ideal with a short walk to the sea. taxis were also readily available outside of the hotel which was great.
