There were some small cockroaches in the living room. We had about five the first day and two the next day. The hotel came in and sprayed the area but I think it's unavoidable. It didn't deter our stay.

The staff were amazing and the rooms were clean and bright! Great location with lots to see and do nearby.

The suite was big, but not well kept.

The receptionist was very kind, he helped us solve a problem. Shortly before departure we Lost the phone in the taxi that had brought us back at the hotel, and he persuaded the taxi driver to bring It back, by calling him on our Cell phone!

Everything was good

Lovely apartment with all facilities, staff were nice and helpful and weren’t offering help for tipping (because I offered tipping they refused) which we noticed was rather common in Casablanca. Id definitely go back there if I travel in Morocco again.

Apartment needed some deep-cleaning and some renovation. The kitchen had coffee machine and some tehnology, but the equipment was low - e.g. no glasses to drink from (only espresso cups).

Nice location, we loved the size of apartment and balcony. Staff was very kind and welcoming, helping us with our travel documents and taxi. Breakfast was also nice - variety was enough for us and it was tasty. All in all, good stay for good price

A cooker would be ideal, especially for young families and an extension lead would be handy. Although the WiFi passwords are in the lobby, it would be useful if they were present inside the rooms and the connectivity could be improved as well.

Location, room sizes and breakfast were really good. The customer service was exceptional, providing a cot for my baby and an extra bed for my toddler. Staff were always super helpful and friendly, making the experience all the more worthwhile. Mohammad in particular was great and would vouch for an appraisal for him :-)

This is a solid hotel, a very good deal for the price with a very good location, across the street from sea promenade, 1km away from Hassan II mosque. The room was specious, breakfast ok.

No complimentary shampoo and shower gel (two other hotels stayed in Morocco provided such). Lack of privacy as part of the kitchen windows had no curtains. The other curtains look see through and convinced that others from the surrounding flats could peer into the kitchen and lounge. Kitchen should have table and chairs rather than to sit in the lounge and have a meal.

Room was clean with a comfortable king sized bed. Conveniently located on the promenade and walking distance to the Hassan 2 Mosque. On taxi route and ideally located to visit tourist sites. Mohammed at front desk most helpful with information and advise. Felt safe walking on the promenade late at night. There was safe and secure underground parking.

The staff goes above and beyond. It's next to the corniche and close to the Marina mall It is like a basic apartment, I really enjoyed the breakfast they offered.

Suites was infront of beach, very close to Hassan mosque. Staff was very helfull and professional. Property was clean and comfortable, beach front. Breakfast was amazing and the lady who was serving breakfast was very good.
