Although I dont mind there was no entertainment, the swimming pool was a little boring. But really that's up to taste.

I liked the location. It was right across the Theater and next to a train station. The pictures on booking looked exactly the same as the actual situation.

I loved the attention and friendliness of the stand, the location is in a great neighborhood with excellent restaurants around it, the area is very staff , I walked around at night without any problems. Although it's about an 8-minute drive or 40-minute walk from the center, my girlfriend and I walked several times to explore the city and it was very pleasant. Breakfast was hassle-free and very complete, the pool was great for Marrakech. I really liked that they prepared a breakfast box for us because we had to leave very early for our flight.

Breakfast was lovely, lots of variety. Rooms were clean and all of the communal areas pool, gym bar all clean. Staff were helpful. Beds were comfortable.

When we stayed (March) the air conditioning in the room couldn’t be turned on due to the season however it was 35 degrees due to a heat wave and the room became quite hot. We were supplied a fan from reception but would have been better if we could have switched the AC on.

The property was maintained well, the facilities of the room were good and nice and spacious. The pool area was lovely and the food was great.

I was asked twice whilst having breakfast on two separate occasions if I was genuinely staying at the hotel and asked to confirm room number or I I j had just walked in.

Jawad at front of house was amazing throughout the stay. Very personable, welcoming and just warm.

Although the rooms had air conditions they were set to heating as it was February. However, the temperature outside was almost 27 to 30 degrees. This made the nights very warm and we had to switch off the system and keep the balcony doors open throughout the night. I think it is common sense for the management to adjust the temperature according to the outside temperature rather than sticking to their silly rules. Other than this, this hotel is amazing and is good value for money.

The property is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Lovely balcony and the room has smart TV. The beds were comfortable and separate storage space for luggage was very convenient Breakfast had great selections. The location was great as well as it was close to many tourist attractions. The pool was clean and the room service was great.

Very clean and good sized room with tea and coffee facilities. Good food in the restaurant. Good central location. Quieter rooms have the pool view.

Beds are very hard, not comfortable.

The location was great and convinient, just across the train station and bus stops. Very friendly hotel staff. Jawad and Ibrahim are very nice and helpfu, especially Raduoane and the ladies that cooks outside from breakfast has an excellent service. Highly recomended.
