Very friendly staff . Quiet hotel

It doesn't have a tea/coffee facility and a fridge in the room. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The breakfast was adequate but had a limited variety.

The staff was very welcoming,friendly and helpful. The riad has a perfect location, just a few minutes away from the souks. It has a beautiful and nicely decorated rooftop terrace. Both the rooms and the riad have a stunning interior design.

Nothing, just one has to be aware to book dinners in advance at leat 24 hours, and no alcohol is served in the Riad but it's ok. Slight issue with no wifi in my room but actually this was a good way to disconnect.

Breakfast very nice, Staff so nice, Amazing massage and excellent dinners. Lovely decor and true Riad, so clean and well situated. Will come again with family and friends in the near future.

The toilet smelt like sewage on the last two days

The Riad was perfect, very clean, great location, very helpful staff who went above and beyond to help us. They provided us with another room on the day of check-out as I felt unwell and we had a late flight, we were not charged for this so all I can say is a huge thank you to such accommodating staff. Maybe wouldn't have been able to provide this if fully booked but they did and was so grateful. When we couldn't find a restaurant they actually came out and walked us to it, which we would never have found on our own. What fantastic hospitality that is. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Lovely traditional Riad with great staff.

Absolutely nothing

Absolutely Amazingly Beautiful property just 5 minutes walk from the medina square. With modern luxury’s and very stylish decor. Super clean and super quiet. We all slept fantastic, Breakfast was delicious and staff wonderful. Very tranquil place to relax from the hustle and bustle outside. A swimming pool and beautiful roof terrace with sun loungers and hot tub. Absolutely Perfect 10/10

Nothing at all! Everything was just perfection!

Everything !! The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the vibrant main square in the medina and a few minutes from the main road for taxis to discover more of Marrakesh. We never had to travel far at all for anything, as everything was so close by. The decor of the property is just beautiful, with a stunning roof top area and we were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff are exceptional and made our stay effortless. We’ve missed being here since the moment we had to leave!

Stunning interior design, the pictures don't do it justice. Staff were friendly and always on hand to help with organising tours and giving advice. Comfy bed and pillows. Delicious breakfast. This Riad is an oasis of calm in the busy Medina. A short 5 minutes walk to the main square and yet still quite and peaceful. We didn't get chance to use rooftop for hot tub and sun bathing but it's very spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Try the M rooftop restaurant around the corner for food. Hotel staff recommended and it was one of the best meals over our trip.

This place is awesome! Peacefull atmosphere inside wild Marrakech medina. Very good location very close to the main square. Staff was very nice and helpfull.

Something happened when checking out. The host who was always very nice suddenly acted rudely after I said that the amount was incorrect because I had already paid it in advance. After a disagreement, this gentleman didn't want to listen to what I had to say. I showed him proof of the date the overnights were debited from my account. It doesn't matter who was right, but the way he showed his disrespect and ignored me while I was talking was very rude. And while he helped another woman at the desk, he was talking to me: you see this is how creditcards work etc.... I told him every situation is different and please help her first and then talk to me. Don't try to embarrass your guests in front of other people. Another colleague came and this man stayed respectful and at least asked me about the situation. Again, I think it is not important who was right. But the way he spoke to me is very rude. And long story in short. It seemed that the amount has been transferred 2 times. Booking.com refunded the amount of money. so problem solved. Nevertheless, the Riad itself is really great! we enjoyed our stay, just left us a bad feeling when checking out.

We have stayed here for 2 nights. The Riad itself is gorgeous. Good location when you want to visit djemaa el fnaa. It was a couple of minutes walking. You have to enter small streets before you arrive at the riad. Did not always feel safe as a couple times there were homeless people standing in this street and were staring at us. I was with my family. But as a woman I would not feel safe to walk alone. The breakfast is good. A small corner, but they offer everything we liked, it was enough. Pancakes, eggs, bread and tea, coffee. We had massages at the first they. Also very good!
