Building could be brighter, in early morning inside building was completely dark, there were no lights on at all outside the room. All the beautiful details and decoration will be more enchanting with proper lighting.

The riad was exceptional with the price and location (it is just next to Jemaa el Fna). Especially bathroom is superb with all the amenities they provided (they provide bath robe as well). Breakfast was good and lovely at the rooftop. Staff was nice, he helped us to print out our flight ticket and we can store our luggage in his office after check out.

An exceptionally nice and well-managed hotel in the center of Marrakech. The location is ideal - just a couple of minutes walk from Jemma el-Fnaa yet rather quiet. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace which guests can use throughout the day, including for tea later in the day. You can still hear the city buzz from there. They will organise airport transfer for you which is hassle free and added to your hotel bill. If they offer, take it, this removes the problem of negotiating a taxi price at the airport and solves the problem of finding the hotel the first time you visit. There are 10 rooms, 4 on the ground floor, 4 on the first, 2 on the second. You can pay with credit card. WiFi was functional and speeds were good. There are ATMs in the banks on the main street near the hotel. The staff were pleasant, polite and efficient. Both English and French are spoken.

Really beautiful riad! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were comfortable in our room and enjoyed the roof top deck. It was also a quick walk to the square, but just enough removed that you could relax and sleep well. Would go back and would recommend!

Only thing to note is that access by car is not possible due to the narrow paths- but we actually thought this made the area and Riad more peaceful. Even if this is a concern roads are not far away and tour operators can still pick you up.

The Riad is beautifully designed in a great location very close to the Medina but also close to Mellah, Kasbah and Bahia Palace. Even with proximity to the Medina it still very peaceful. The room was very nice, well equipped with wonderful bathroom and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was varied each day and fantastic, and we enjoyed on it the balcony. Despite the narrow paths leading to the Riad, we felt very safe walking around. Most important factor however which is main the reason we would recommend staying here is that the staff and hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming and willing to go out their way to help you.

Fantastic location, breakfast, room and staff! Our flight was delayed 4 hours, pushing our arrival to Marrakesh to 2am. The hotel stayed in contact with us and our driver came to pick us up at that hour with no delay. Outside service!

The reception staff were lovely and super helpful and made me and my daughter feel welcome and safe. The Riad was absolutely stunning and immaculate. Really can't recommend it enough. Its in a great central location but a peaceful night. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace which had spectacular views.

The city tour the Riad organized was not very good. It as advertised as a “personalized” tour but but mostly a tour of the souks.

More space for suitcases and more hooks are always my grumbles. There are never enough hooks, and there is rarely enough space to keep an operating suitcase going or storage. We (couple) tend to travel with one big suitcase and only unpack a bit. It's often not so easy.

The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and informative. The riad is beautiful, and breakfast was lovely. We just loved our stay and have already rebooked for another night in a week before heading home.
