Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsOur room was located on the ground floor which is next to the dinning room. The room's soundproofing is not very good。 When there is people have late dinner and talk in the dinning room , it disturbed our sleep.
The location is very close to the big square. The room is clean and the staff is very friendly. The staff gave us helpful tips for money exchange, local restaurants and etc. It was a great stay there.

ItalyAwesome riad 5 minutes walking from place Jama el fna, wonderful breakfast. Staff was really helpful and welcoming, they helped us with everything, from hammam to restaurant advices. We booked a 3 days Merzouga trip into desert and It was really worth it, they provided a luxury service in the desert that I would never forget. I would personally recommend this riad to all friends going to Marrakech.

United KingdomA very welcoming arrival, comfortable room. The Riad is traditional and quaint. Good advice given on places to eat, the owner was extremely helpful. Very close to the square, a super location. Breakfast was delicious and the man serving in the morning was friendly and polite. A very nice service. We were there only for one night but we would definitely recommend.

GermanyWhat a wonderful cozy place in the middle of the centre in a quiet corner. The workers were truly fantastic, welcoming, warm hearted and kind. They make the Riad a home away from home. Truly recommend it for everybody coming to Marrakesh to experience this wonderful city and place. Looking forward to come back again!

ItalyNothing, everything was really good.
This riad is a gem in the middle of the bustling Medina. It is exceptionally well located and, at the same time, very quiet at night. The room was provided with air-conditioning, which was definitely appreciated in these very cold days in Marrakesh, with snow falling on the Atlas mountains surrounding the city. We were never cold, and the hot water was also perfectly functioning. We had the rooftop room, and it was just so cute! With the added value of having the terrace for ourselves, for the majority of the time. The view on the Medina is gorgeous 😍 The riad was clean, and the breakfast was very good and abundant. The staff gave us great advices to explore, eat and buy in Mareakesh. They also arranged taxi from and to the airport for us, which was very convenient too. I will definitely come back! Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant 💗

United KingdomFantastic stay at Riad N10. Samir, Hosin and the staff were very welcoming and helpful organising transport for us. Nothing was too much trouble and the Riad itself is comfortable and there's a great balcony in which to write and read. Super breakfast too. We returned for a 4th night. The big square is a ten minute walk away

United StatesLike I mentioned the doors were a little unwieldy, but once you get used to it, it's quick, and it really does add to the charm.
What an amazing stay! I had four nights here and really enjoyed it. The staff are very welcoming and give excellent advice on activities and restaurants, and can help make arrangements for day tours and the like if you come unprepared. The location is ideal. Just south of the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, far enough that the late night sounds of the square do not make it to you, but close enough that navigating the way there is very easy. The rooms are decently sized and the showers work great. Like all riads, the central courtyard is a little echo-y, but that's normal. The rooftop terrace is huge! The charm of the riad comes in part to their commitment to preserve as many of the traditional appointments, such as the doors to the rooms and shutters on the windows. Yes, they might be a little unwieldy and loud, but like many other reviewers wrote, it's worth it for the traditional and authentic feel.
