I handed in a bag of clothing for the laundry service in the morning, which should have been ready by 5.00pm. When I checked at 7.30pm, I learned that a mistake had been made and the laundry hadn't been done. The laundry was brought to be at 9.10am the following morning, as we were leaving the hotel. It was still damp but I was still charged the full amount for the service.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the square and medina. Private parking is available on the forecourt of the hotel. The large lobby is very attractive. The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and attentive.

The only issue we had during our stay was noise from a joining room. It states that the rooms are soundproofed. However, you can hear everything through the joining door, and we were unfortunately woken up by a guest at 3:00am one night, which wasn't ideal. We stayed during Ramadan, which was a lovely experience. However, we did not check beforehand what facilities would be available during this this time. The Bar and Spa was closed, which was a surprise (Our fault for not checking though).

The staff were incredible and really looked after us, Manager Saad always stopped to see how we were doing and offered assistance if needed. We were offered our own personal Moroccan meal in the restaurant, which was a highlight of our trip. We got a real experience into the culture of Morocco. The hotel was beautiful and incredibly quiet for most of our stay. Even though it was Ramadan, we were able to get beer from the hotel, which was amazing!

The breakfast was okay, the hotel could do with an uplift in general. The hallways to the rooms are a bit dark.

Saad (Hotel Manager) and Raja (Reception) were super helpful throughout our stay. The customer service was top notch and they were very accommodating. Mohamed from the bar and Fatima from housekeeping were also lovely.

Lack of ambiance in hotel. Unfortunately, on arrival, 9pm the restaurants were empty and unappealing. The bar was dark and the "room service' bar snack was, cold unappetising and expensive. Pool bar service was slow.

Room sizes, cleanliness, good area, one street away from hood restaurants/bars. Ten minutes walk to centre. Breakfast fantastic, choice and timings.

The Hotel is dated which has been mentioned on other reviews. It does need updating in decor and there really aren't any fitness facilities. However in terms of value for money, they deliver a great stay in a wonderful location

The hotel is in an excellent location to explore Marrakech and the rooms are really spacious. The staff were very helpful, the manager was very attentive I noticed he was ensuring everyone was having a good stay. He was very helpful and polite to us as where all the staff. The breakfast was really generous, fresh and everything was delicious!

The furniture in the room was a little bit outdated and needs replacement, especially the wardrobe. The heating system didn't work for 4 nights out of 6 and we repeatedly reported that to the reception desk and it was fixed only the day before we left. Luckily the nights were not very cold. So much noise heard through the windows/doors. The breakfast buffet was very limited, consisted of same variety of choices for the entire stay and the food was mediocre at best. You would expect more choices from a 5 star hotel, which must demonstrate excellent and an extensive range of food of outstanding quality, beverages and service skills.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. Special thanks to Fatima who took care of our room. The ambiance in the lobby and the restaurant was traditional and very nice. Pool area and the garden were great and well kept. Location was fantastic, easy walking distance to Medina and all the main city attractions.

The junior suite felt a bit barren, large but with many empty spaces and walls. The room was not clean. They mopped everyday, but they just redistributed the dirt.

Lack of decent air conditioning, to be fair we didn't see if they had any fans but I would expect decent air con in a hot country, but this is not a modern new hotel to be fair.

We had a large double room which had beautiful 180 degree views of the city where we could see the early morning balloon flights in the distance on the sunny mornings and were upgraded during our stay to an beautiful and huge junior suite over lloking the pool. The staff were extremely helpful from housekeeping and room service to the front of house team who couldn't do enough for you to ensure you had everything you needed. Big shout out to Fatima who was great especially given our limited french her English was a blessing :) Great Cocktails in the bar and lovely to be able to sit around a pool after a day around the city especially roaming the Medina, and in January too!

Rooms needs to be sound proof there were to much noise coming from roadside. Wifi was poor & breakfast was very ordinary.

Staff was very good specially Fatima at front desk very helpful & arranged early check in. Also hotel is cozy with nice traditional handwork of art & craft. Beds were comfy & good heated.

unfortunately the pool water was not warm enough for swimming which was disappointing specially for our kid. info in the website states that the pool is open all year around so from sunny Marrakesh and 5 star hotel we were expecting that they would warm up at least the small kids pool (which is very possible by installing couple solar panel)

first of all all the staff were very nice and accommodating and they did their best to let us feel comfortable and welcome from reception to staff working in the breakfast buffet to cleaning lady(Thank you fatimah, zakaria, ...). they did let us check in earlier than normal time and also provide us with extra big bed for our kid, which was very nice. sitting in the lobby was very pleasant for us. enjoyed the fantastic interior. looked like a palace ceiling. check the photos i attached.
