Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomSmall things but the breakfast was a little more simple than we had had at other locations and the rooms aren’t cleaned each day. Very minimal criticisms of an otherwise perfect hotel.
Wonderful location with the rolling hills and mountains stretching out from this private and secluded spot. Staff are great and very attentive and cooked up delicious dinners at a decent price. We came off the back of a road trip so just wanted to swim and read but there also excursions which are well rated. The shuttle to and from Marrakech was definitely worth it. All in all a brilliant few days of peace and solitude.

United KingdomNothing… Everything was perfect!
This was one of our most memorable stays. Tigmi Nomade is just beautiful and has the most beautiful and serene views! Mohammed was wonderful and really looked after us, took us to the local Berber market and organised an excursion for us. The home cooked dinners every night where the best food we had in Morocco. The pool area was relaxing and we loved the little tortoises strolling around. We had the best time and wish we could’ve stayed longer. We booked the suit room which was really comfortable, relaxing and very stylish! Thank you Mohammed and the rest of the team! We will definitely be back x

United KingdomNothing
Absolutely everything. The hotel and room is very traditional in design. On arrival we had rose petals on the bed and a mint tea prepared by Salah. The service from Salah and Mohamed was incredible, nothing was too much trouble for them. The chef prepared incredible Moroccan food and it was no trouble if we asked for anything unplanned. Excursions were also available and could be organised the day before. Honestly this hotel was incredible it was the highlight of our trip making amazing memories.

United KingdomVery little. Shower and Wi-Fi could be better but as expected for the location.
Beautiful location, really feels like an adventure getting there & an authentic dive into the culture. Mohamed and his team looked after us like family in this tranquil slice of the Atlas Mountains.

United KingdomBe aware that you are 4km away from the nearest town so it is best to bring snacks and drinks with you. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Mohammed and his staff were very attentive. The evening meals were delicious. The views from the pool area and our room were spectacular.

United KingdomWiFi went in and out but they fixed it right away when this happened. However, this didn’t affect my stay at all
The stay was one of the best trips I’ve ever had. The hospitality was through the roof, from breakfast, lunch and dinner to making sure I was comfortable in my room. I appreciated Mohamad going above and beyond to make sure I was having a great stay + also he was kind enough to drop me off at the airport early morning as my taxi didn’t arrive in time. I would 100% recommend this place if you are visiting Marakesh. The whole place is peaceful and you feel at one with nature + if you like to star gazing the terrace was magical

United KingdomSwimming pool was a bit chilly, but other than that nothing!
Amazing place to stay if you want somewhere peaceful and quiet. Mohammed was extremely friendly and helpful, as was Hameed. We had dinner at Tigmi Nomade each day (you need to let them know if you are eating in as everything is cooked specially for you, it's not a restaurant with choices). One day we paid extra to learn how to cook a tagine, which was great fun and delicious (as were the other dinners). We also had a light lunch one day, again very tasty and cooked specially for us. We had a hire car which I would recommend if you are staying more than a couple of nights and want to explore the area. The scenery is amazing in the area, and a walk up the hill opposite the riad to see the sunset (which Mohammed recommended) was fantastic. Overall, a great relaxing place to stay after the chaos of Marrakesh!

United KingdomNothing not to like.
The setting was beautiful. On a hill overlooking the nearby village. The hotel was peaceful yet with a buzzy atmosphere. The rooms were lovely, with fantastic air conditioning, making for a good night sleep. The pool was perfect, clean with towels and umbrellas provided. The food was great and we ate there on both nights. The staff were attentive and happy to help with anything, even helping to fetch the ball the boys were playing with when it went tumbling down the hill to the road below. Couldn’t have been a better stay. P.s Mint tea was the best we had in Morocco.

United KingdomWe LOVED this place. I would recommend that you ask Mohammed to organise the transfer as it is very remote, and the transfer was perfect. The food we had was by far the best food we had in Morocco, absolutely amazing. The pool is gorgeous and there was a tiny tortoise that came to say hi to us every day by the pool which my daughter loved. All of the staff were super lovely and couldn't do enough to help you. We would 110% recommend this place!

SpainSlightly difficult to get to. Although that is a part of the charm, too, I suppose. To have a remote location, usually means it is somewhat hard to get to.

The room was great, as were the staff and the food was delicious. We did a hike and cookery class there which was also a great thing to do. United KingdomI arrived for 3 days to relax before exploring the maelstrom of Marrakech and was so enchanted by the riad with its incredible view of the Atlas Mountains, the serenity and the staff that I extended my stay by a further two days. An ideal spot in the hotter months as after an excellent breakfast you can drive / be driven / catch a bus into Marrakech for the day and return to swim in the large refreshing pool, nights are cool, the bedrooms are large, and you can enjoy their excellent Moroccan Tagines outside on the terrace. Mohammed, the owner, and his staff could not be more helpful and were happy to drop off and pickup guests at the local hammam I will definitely return 🤩 helpful hint - for a stress free start to your holiday I would ask Mohammed to arrange a pickup at the airport - 30 euros
