I stayed for a 3 day visit over my birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much bother and they were constantly checking in to make sure I was enjoying my visit. The food and drinks were gorgeous, the villa had a lovely pleasant atmosphere and was very clean. Plenty of WiFi to reach every room and the poolside. There was badminton, volleyball, and table tennis all by the pool and table football indoors so plenty to do! I had the Hammam Beldi and Massage Pieds & dos at the on site spa and it was fantastic! Mohammed, Anna and her husband were all so pleasant and welcoming - gave us fantastic suggestions for meals out and arranged all of our taxis around Marrakesh.

Beautiful villa, the staff are more like family being so warm and welcoming! Food is delicious, pool is great, taxi options to get into the Medina if you want otherwise you can relax with all you need on site. Genuinely loved and would go back!

The only down side for me are the menus. Add some more varieties, snacks and sandwiches. It seems the menus are strictly set. No change to some of my requests.

I like villa, and staff members arr really helpful. I mean all members, just ask they are ready to help. I am hoping to return again.

If you are taking a car, keep in mind the roads around the property are dirt roards, but only for 600m or so till you get to the main road.

We booked the Deluxe Suite and had direct access to to the pool as well as our “personal” breakfast spot right outside. Our stay offered us exactly what we needed, a LOT of relaxation and quiet, after a full week of activities and experiencing the hectic nature of Marrakech. The hospitality of the staff was unparalleled, we felt comfortable and all of our needs were catered to. Highly recommend the Hammam & Massage package, the masseuse was incredible!! We had done two different hammams and massages during our stay, and this was by far the best!

location for us wasn’t a problem as we didn’t go in to the centre much and there is a free shuttle in the day, but you have to pay for taxis in evening (about £24 return) if you want to go out in city centre at night

lovey helpful staff, had the hammam and massage in the spa and it was lovely and relaxing, the meals were really nice we were half board. the pool was lovely and clean and the gardens were nice and relaxing. we had mountain suite room and the view was great and we loved the terrace. drinks were reasonably priced too. thank you for a lovely stay we have recommended to family and friends! we also went to Beldi country club and got a day pass there as it is very nice local hotel so location was good for that

The location of the hotel is outside of the city so we spent quite a bit of money every day on taxis - around £30 return. Breakfast was nice but would be good if there was more variety.

Lovely hotel, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms. Would definitely recommend staying here for a peaceful break.

Fantastic place for a relaxing break. Lovely staff always happy to help. Great, big pool, water a bit cold. Good food at the restaurant. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily. Very nice breakfast with lots of pastries and breads.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was beautiful and provided a real sanctuary for us to really relax by the pool. Our mountain view room had stunning views and the staff were all so friendly. Also highly recommend having the hamman and the massage! I left feeling like a new woman.

The location was a bit far from the town and transportation was a bit expencive in the evening. Before we arrive to the hotel, we did not know that transportation is more expencive in the evenings. The breakfast was maybe a bit small, not a buffet.

The hotel was very clean and our room was better than expected. The staff was really polite and nice. It was very nice that they always opened the door to us and wished us welcome even we came late back to the hotel. It was really nice that they you can order drinks and snacks to the pool. :) The hotel area was really peaceful and we felt us very relaxed during our stay.

It is peaceful, but there is construction nearby., which you hear. It is remote with nothing around it so there's nowhere to walk to.

Our family of 4 rented a villa for 4 nights on half board. The hybrid model is nice: you can do your own thing but there is a restaurant for drinks and meals. You do need to decide what you want to eat in advance to help the kitchen but perhaps that was only because we were almost the o ly ones there. The villas are very modern and clean. The pool area is very nice. The French owners and local staff couldn't do enough for you - very friendly. The food is very good but if eating in, I wouldn't stay too long because choice becomes repetitive. They recommend taxis that you can WhatsApp night or day. The breakfast is delicious. The gardens are beautiful.

The actual hotel is really nice but the location is very off from the city... and at the end of a very run down village.... but they had gates and we felt very safe :)

Their whole staff were so helpful and wonderful. :)
