While breakfasts were excellent, the dinner restaurant is average. Also, room servicing often took place after 3 pm, when we had to call and remind them.

Locations is amazing, and my choice of room with a pool and a view was exceptional.

Amazing hotel set in the most scenic place in all of Kotor Bay. The beach itself had a fantastic view over the bay, whilst the corner of the platform itself glazed onto Perast. All the facilities were amazing, did not visit the pool because the beach area was incredible. Great breakfast, great parking area (when you will visit Kotor you will find this as a blessing). The location is a bit remote (6-7 km from Kotor Old Town) but reachable by cab on an easy pace (you can also walk or bike). The staff did their best and it was a genuine pleasure to stay there. Will definitely come back!

Literally the only thing I could think of to improve is: 1. Hotel can run its own cheaper boat taxi service to old town or perast 2. Gym could be relocated so there is a view of the lake or mountains? Literally that's it!

The hotel is simply amazing. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and go the extra mile. The facilities are brilliant. The food is very good. I'm a deeply critical person but absolutely love this hotel; as far as I'm concerned it's faultless. I've been twice with my girlfriend.

Little tricky using different lifts and walkways. Breakfast ok but did feel could be improved given the status of the hotel Restaurant very good

I think the walls are thin, could hear neighbours tv but it was obvious that it wasn’t volume.. it seemed the noise came through where the tv connections are.

• There were no kids’ meal options at Ole Beach Bar. • The stairs in the apartment were really steep and had sharp edges — we ended up scratching our legs. Not ideal if you’re staying with kids. • We asked the hotel to book a cab, but there was some confusion and we ended up waiting an extra hour. • We requested ice and a wine opener (twice), but unfortunately, no one brought them

Beautiful views and location. Lighthouse restaurant has a beautiful set up and scenery. We liked a pool bar as well. We had a great time and enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Perfect beach, indoor / outdoor pools and super gym. Easy to reach the beach through the mini tunnel inside the hotel. Close shop for buying almost anything.

Nothing to dislike.

Staff were absolutely incredible, celebrated my 30th birthday and they organised wine and cake without it being requested. We had an issue with our taxi from the airport but this was quickly resolved and compensated without any request. Exceptionally clean, good location, picturesque setting. Can’t wait to return. Thank you!

Beautiful place and wonderful staff! We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay for our honeymoon in June 2025, and we had the best time. From the gorgeous accommodation and food, to the picture-perfect views over the bay and mountains, the week was perfect. We'd like to say a huge thank you to the staff, who really went above and beyond to make our stay so special. Would highly recommend.

I wasn’t a fan of the food. It was okay overall, but breakfast lacked options. Service was great, but the food definitely wasn’t for me.

The hotel was excellent—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. But what made it truly special was the staff. They were genuinely warm and friendly, which instantly made me feel at ease.

We took the room with the hot tub on the balcony, and there seems to be some issue with birds nesting and that made the terrace and the hot tub dirty

Everything about this hotel was so nice. Lovely staff and ever willing to help. The room smelled so nice same as the environment. They helped my husband plan a surprise birthday for me which i thought was really cute. It was booked out way too early (January) and i really wish i got to stay longer than I did but maybe thats for next time
