We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustriaThe only negative aspect was the cleanliness of the carpet in the room. It looked quite dirty and could definitely use a thorough cleaning. Personally, I don't really understand why hotels still use carpets in rooms, as they tend to show wear and dirt more easily. Apart from that, everything was great, and we had a pleasant stay.
The hotel is in a great location and very easy to reach. All the main attractions and central areas are quickly accessible, which made our stay very convenient. The staff, including the housekeeping team, were all very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a nice selection of food.

United KingdomThe housekeeping staff were a completely different story. They showed absolutely no respect for the guests. Every morning I was woken up by the noise they made while cleaning other rooms. They were so loud it sounded like they hated their jobs. They also worked in groups and talked loudly without stopping. They completely ruined the peaceful atmosphere of my vacation. The food in the restaurant wasn’t very good either. Breakfast was exactly the same every single morning with no variety at all. They also don’t serve juice in the evenings they say it’s only available at breakfast. So at dinner everyone ends up drinking plain water.
The location is excellent. The sea is very close it’s only about a 5 minute walk to any of the main beaches. The reception staff and waiters are very friendly and welcoming.

SerbiaConstruction works around, but in Budva this is now everywhere. The view we paid for was definitely below expectations due to constructions, surrounding with old fair (Sajam) behind and trash containers bellow balcony were really disappointing.

SerbiaWe had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were very cozy, and the heating worked perfectly, which made our stay especially comfortable. The breakfasts were good, and the dinners truly exceeded our expectations - everything was delicious and well-prepared. The location is also very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. There are shops and restaurants nearby, which made everything even more enjoyable. There is some hotel construction going on around the property from different sides, but it did not disturb our rest at all. We were still able to relax without any issues. We also enjoyed the wellness area - the Finnish sauna was very good, while the pool was a bit cold for our taste. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

The people here are warm and sincere, and made me feel comfortable and at home. My room had a spectacular view of the bay, the floors soft, everything immaculate, and a fully stocked minibar. Linens were soft and fresh, and lots of sunlight. The spa upstairs is free to use for guests, both relaxing energizing, a chance to recharge. I haven’t even gotten to the food yet. Many local dishes, the breakfast buffet one of the better I’ve experienced in Europe! Dinner savory, elegant but also wont break your bank. I love this place and look forward to staying here more in the future.
