Airconditioning in our room malfunctioned, and we had to relocate to another room. The staff was very helpful, though.

The location was in Budva and a bit away from the beautiful sites near and in Kotor. If you prefer quiet, then this location is perfect.

Loved that we could order room service for breakfast and eat on the balcony overlooking the beautiful sea. Also the staff especially in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

The electrical outlets were loose and weren’t connecting the appliances properly. Had difficulties with getting phones charged and even using the kettle. Most of the outlets weren’t working at all.

The service at the pool was very slow like I had to go upstairs to ask the girl at spa reception for someone to order drinks they came like 10 minutes after then took the order and bring it about 10 minutes later.

The breakfast was way below average for the price of the hotel. There was literally no change in menu for three days I stayed, even the bakery items were exactly the same. No way of knowing if it is baked / prepared on daily basis or old. Would suggest better breakfast options and more customisations over the week.

Very comfortable and well maintained property. The proximity to the beach is very good to have. Relaxing on the beach with access to hotel pool and spa was a great experience.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. We loved the room, especially since we unexpectedly received a pleasant upgrade. The spa was great, and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and drinks. The staff kindly prepared a cake, fruits, and champagne as a birthday gift for my boyfriend, which was a lovely surprise!

We had a great time and enjoyed this hotel very much! The hotel is a luxurious five-star, but it stands out, because they thought of every tiny detail to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bed is perfect for a good night sleep. We had a great time in the spa area, suitable for every age group. The breakfast is delicious and rich. We also visited sveti Stefan, which is a 20-minute walk away from the hotel, through a beatiful forest. Amazing staff, very helpful and acommodating, bravo! We will definitely come back here. Thank you for everything!

The renovations were amazing (loved the LED lights at night), views were also incredible. The staff was really friendly and helpful, breakfast was very tasty, so overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Beach was not cleaned by the staff, it was very dirty (plastic, food), which was very sad to see. There was no tea in the spa (only water). There was a very loud music in the corridors every evening and night, but the staff switched it off when I asked (just not sure why would you keep it on the whole night). Lots of smoking areas, even on an only partially opened terrace.

Very nice big rooms, spacious spa area, beautiful view on the bay. There was a complementary water in the room everyday which is a good benefit. Majority of the staff members were very nice and helpful.

This hotel is in a beautiful location, it definitely is 5* staff were all very good. Our room was a slightly bigger than the normal one, we also asked for a sea view which I think is a must. Stunning every morning you woke and saw the sea view.

We paid for a sea view, but our view was completely obstructed by a tree. Although the management attempted to resolve the issue the following day by offering us a pool view, we felt it wasn’t worth the hassle of changing rooms after settling in for a day, especially with kids to consider.

the Beach is wonderful, the staff were friendly, location is fine, and the room are ok about the size.
