The customer service was impeccable. All the staffs are very attentive and they care about the standards and how to improve. The restaurants and food was great. The spa and massage was very nice. The suite was clean and lovely. Great value for money and I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay at the old town. The location is also great.

Check in took way too long, key card didn’t work on the elevator, can easily hear the noise from next door. Phones don’t work properly.

Long wait to check in. Room was not very clean, a musky smell throughout the room and bath although we were in a non-smoking room. Rusty metal rack in shower.

I stayed over CNY when prices were ridiculously high; the room rate I paid was about 3x more than what would be a reasonable price for these average-at-best rooms. The breakfast buffet was quite good, but the dining room was too small to comfortably accommodate the hordes over CNY, meaning breakfast was stressful and noisy rather than a relaxing and calm experience. The room service menu offered a substantial wine list; sadly none of those wines were actually available - the menu needs to be updated.

Every member of staff was extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. The free, regular shuttle bus to the GK bridge was excellent

Since this is the first time I have been to Macao, the exceptional service provided by Sofitel at Ponte 16 reassures me considerably. Among all the merits given by Ponte 16, none deserves more attention than its convenient location from which one could reach literally all desirable destinations.

The hotel was very charming- the pool feels quiet and relaxing, and the staff were all incredibly accommodating and spoke very good English (if you like that sort of thing). The shower in our room was great- lots of very hot water, and very strong pressure.
