Some waiters would pick order then go for good but you see them standing doing nothing often. Its almost as if they have preference on whom to serve. I even reminded one specific male waiter to serve me and he indicated he would get back but never did.

I missed breakfast and the hotel had no provision for me to order off the menu but had to wait for specific times to be able to order. This was very sad

Convenient… had 10 hour layover between flights. So to get a shower and sleep was awesome. 10min to and from airport, quite location.

I have a whole list 1. Room was not clean when i checked in. Had hair from the previous guest in the bathroom. 2. Shower was slow and bath soap dispenser broken 3. Ac in lobby not working 4. Food at breakfast was the worst. Same menu everyday for my 7 days. Beans were canned and cold, flies on the fruits and bread. Horrible experience

Some staff very lazy they looked at you could see you wanted something just walked past I was in the bar area and my drink glass was empty and some staff would just keep walking past without asking would you like another drink

We could not use any facilities due to maintenance. I feel in times of maintenance price per night should be dropped as pool was not available to cool done.

Its quite old, not worth the price anymore. Rooms need to be updated. It's also so loud and rooms need to be soundproofed. Too expensive for what it offers now. It used to be really nice.

Service was slow The breakfast was not great. They were out of so many of the options by 8.45am. Also was brought wrong drinks and not very good at all.

Next time would take meals elsewhere. Breakfast hot items were cold. Diner can’t use without a booking, so end up having to have a pizza sent to room at 1/3 the half board allowance to find out I am billed extra for a soft drink.

Rooms horrible ans outdated half the time there's no running water ( they said the tank was empty) . Its a hotel how do you not have back up. Food was basic cold by the time u received it.

Stafff were decent. We asked for late check out ans they gave us without extra charge.

I had money taken from my room. Over 200 pounds !!!! Did not realise this until the day before leaving. Did report it to the manager,who said they would investigate. This money was taken from the safe !!!! Money I had kept asside. Out of the thousand pounds kkept in the safe,a sum of 280 British pnds. Went missing.

I arrived on a friday and they had a huge party. theoretically it was supposed to last till 23.30 but went on till 01.30. On saturday they had a private event again with loud music. Not a great rest.

the location is the tech part of the city so at night, unless you have a car, nothing to do. Brakefast wasn't great either and the sauna wasn't working.

Mostly for housekeeping staff : The elevator is not hard to clean. thats one of the first impression inside a confined space. I can you give you a tip, use WD40 on the entire steel cladding that will shine the elevator. if your elevator is tired and dirty it ruins it for me. Always allow the guest to leave first from the lift before you barge in.

The location of the hotel was convenient for business and the hotel seem to have a good bar/restaurant areas.
