What made the stay even more special were the complimentary water activities, which added so much fun and excitement to our days. The sunset cocktail experience was unforgettable — relaxing by the ocean with a beautiful view and a perfect drink in hand. Everything about this place felt unique and well-curated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium beachside escape!

The beach was a little rocky for us, it was difficult to get into and out of the water comfortably. A notice about bringing water shoes could be helpful.

The room were beautiful and had a great layout. The food was delicious. The staff as well was one of the best we have interacted with, very polite and helpful.

The staff were polite and friendly, but service was a bit laid-back. At times, it felt like things moved slower than expected, especially when requesting assistance .Most of them were clueless when questioned they would not have answers. one of the staff at the pool bar was behaving rude and racist . please train your staff properly. The buffet experience was underwhelming. The variety and quality of food at the buffet could certainly be improved to match the standard of the property and the à la carte dining.

We recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by the beauty of the property. The surroundings are well-maintained, offering a serene and picturesque environment that's perfect for relaxing. Whether it's the gardens, the poolside, or the overall architecture, everything looked stunning.The Indian restaurant on-site served some delicious dishes — flavorful and well-prepared, definitely worth a visit if you're staying here. Few staff members were very nice Like Mr.Nicholas,Ms.Jaya, Housekeeping lady incharge and few staff at the buffet restuarant they were very nice and made things better. Also a shout out for Mr.Kesavan who was our personal Butler for one of the rooms we had in family he was very nice hospitable, arranged quite few things for us when the other staff failed to do so and was always a call away readily available.

We had the most unforgettable stay at Le Méridien, Mauritius. Upon arrival, we were delighted to be upgraded to a Nirvana Luxury Suite – and what a dream it was! The room was absolutely stunning – spacious, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking views. The highlight was our very own private heated plunge pool, perfect for relaxing in complete privacy. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Jane at reception, who warmly welcomed us and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She truly made us feel valued and cared for. The resort itself is paradise – from the variety of activities and entertainment to the serene atmosphere, everything was thoughtfully curated for an incredible holiday experience. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already counting the days until we return. Highly recommend Le Méridien Mauritius for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and world-class hospitality. The accommodation is located in a fantastic location, right on the waterfront. The garden, the pool area and the buildings are well-kept. Cleanliness reigns everywhere. The staff is very kind and helpful, they attended to our every wish. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, with plenty of dishes to choose from, so everyone is sure to find something to suit their taste. A few meters away there is a shop with a wide range of household goods, souvenirs, clothes and accessories. There is also a grocery store a few hundred meters away. Opposite the hotel there is a huge parking lot, where taxis are always ready to take guests to any point in the country.

We had an exceptional experience staying at Le Méridien and were highly impressed with their professional service, attention to detail, and standard of upkeep. The resort is gorgeous - there is so much to see and do at Le Méridien that you don't even need to leave. It is an ideal family holiday and is very baby friendly with plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained. We were very touched by how personalised our stay was, and appreciated the extra mile taken to celebrate our baby's first birthday. The food at the resort is fantastic with so many cuisines to choose from. The inclusive spa amenities and resort activities made our stay incredibly enjoyable. What impressed us most was how friendly, helpful and efficient the staff were. Every member who worked at Le Méridien treated us with such care and dedication. I couldn't recommend staying here more!

Our bathroom tub had leakage, our luggage arrived 1hr post check-in and after several followups. Water sports activities are just for name sake they took us to nearby Oberoi hotel beach for snorkeling and glass bottom boat, which was useless.

The staff needs to be trained better. Some staff keep peddling outside services to you and if you don't accept, they act a bit stand offish. Food is very average both room service and at the establishments.

If anything, the location is a little secluded so not many options nearby for food or drink apart from the hotel.

Rooms were comfortable and well maintained and have great sea views. The choice of restaurants is good and the options available are plenty in each. There are a lot of complimentary activities that are included which makes the stay great value.

If I were to be very critical, I would appreciate more variety in the breakfast (Nomad restaurant) – got a bit repetitive on our 3-day stay. Also, the lady Ms. Kiran at the reception could have been more considerate / helpful: despite requesting both our rooms to be nearby, she allotted them some distance away which was a bit troublesome. The staff at 'Waves' seemed a bit indifferent though (perhaps the bar set by other restaurants was very high). Lastly, the staff at the boat house (responsible for the water activities) were not keen on showing anything worthwhile on the complimentary glass boat and snorkeling trips; they were more interested in getting us to sign up for the paid trips instead…

We loved the stay – were very well taken care of with excellent service and superlative rooms… The entire property was top notch – from the spa to the pools to the restaurants! Special mention of some of the staff names we can recollect include Artee, for supporting with an early check-in considering the infant with us. The staff at both the Jade and Kumin restaurants were very kind. The rooms were very comfortable, huge and modern. Was impressed with the high-quality fruits on offer on all days at breakfast (Nomad Restaurant). Overall (baring the minor issues), a fantastic trip and strongly recommend in Mauritius!
