There are a lot of mosquitoes. Not the hotel’s fault at all, but you will definitely need big spray.

The room was small for a family, the bathroom is very small as well and leaves you very little privacy, as the shower is literally just within the room (there is a door) but if you get out of the shower, you are already in the room. They had a breakfast buffet which seemed nice but was overpriced. My family and I decided to go elsewhere for breakfast which was a lot less money for a very nice sit-down-breakfast ordered from the menu, brought to you by a waiter. There is no parking on site. You either park on the street (if you can find a spot) or you park a few blocks away, which is inconvenient. There is no valet and the parking is closed at 11pm, so if you go off to party or have a late-night dinner, you won't be able to park there when you come back. Oh, and you pay separately for that parking as it is not directly part of the hotel, from what I understand.

The hotel was beautiful, modern, nice and clean. Uniquely designed and decorated. I recommend it for either couples or business professionals, not so much for families, unless you get separate rooms, which would not work out if you have kids, only if they're teens. It is very walkable as it is in the historic downtown district, and there are lots to do all around it.

The room was a bit tight but that was minor in the big picture.

The staff was helpful and very nice. The design of the hotel was great/cool. It is very welcoming. The room was cool as well. The bathroom was really nice and the beds comfortable.

I absolutely adored my stay at this hotel! From its stunning aesthetics to its superb location, the addition of cacti gave the hotel a special vibe. The room was not only comfortable but also featured a jacuzzi, adding an extra touch of relaxation to my experience. For those working remotely, the hotel offers an excellent workspace, along with a charming library to unwind in. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, further enhancing my stay. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

The room was rather dark. But most important - there wasn't a comfortable seat in the room. Just a straight desk chair. There was plenty of room for a big comfy chair. If there had been one - I would have considered the room PERFECT.

The location is fabulous. Near all sorts of amazing things to see plus great restaurants. Our hotel room was very quiet and comfortable.

The room they gave us was not in a great location, too close to the office and a public restroom. Definitely worth the slight upgrade to get a room towards the back where it is much more peaceful.

Hotel is in a fabulous location on a quiet street. Outdoor spaces are plentiful and peaceful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The interior design is very creative, only "criticism" is the size of the sink/mirror space. VERY small. Though each room sleeps 4, we were jammed in bathroom space. Also, no in-room coffee service.

Beautiful hotel, concept is amazing. We occupied two rooms, 1 family suite (King w/twin beds) and 1 double bed room (2 dbl beds). The library is super creative and unique. Outdoor space is perfectly maintained - you really feel like you're in your own home/garden. Location is super close to the Plaza de Armas and other shopping areas & restaurants. Brunch/bfast onsite is superb and well priced.
