It's a large resort and it's recommended to take the internal "shuttles". Sometimes they take long time to reach your point...

Some construction noise outside my room at certain parts of the day.

Absolutely stunning surroundings. Spacious, and gorgeous to walk around. But if you want a hand to get around the resort you can pick from a golf buggy or boat taxi to take you where you want to go. The beach was absolutely beautiful and well looked after. The beach staff were fabulous and really looked after me. My room was in the main hotel building. I had a suite with 2 double beds. A beautiful hydrotherapy bath and separate rainfall shower. My balcony had amazing views of the water and boat taxi stop. I could see for miles around. The room service was good and staff very attentive. I can't wait to return.

It’s huge! And the buses are randomly timed and don’t always go where you want them to. I wish tipping wasn’t an option and you just left a tip at the end which was polled and shared between all the staff as I felt the bar staff were quite ride if you didn’t tip. But when you’re at all inclusive the hope is to not have to take your wallet everywhere. On leaving we were told we had a $12 which we knew we hadn’t had. Although it’s only $12 it wasn’t the point. If they add a sneaky $12 to ask the 1000 odd runs that’s a nice earner. They were quite rude at checkout and obviously couldn’t produce the receipt for the supposed drinks so begrudgingly took it of the bill. It’s only the fact that we had no they charges that I noticed it, so I wonder how many other people with a few charges don’t notice it???

The room was great. As was the bathroom. Food was good.

On the other hand, I found the excursion activities to be more expensive. Sunscreen products were also pricey

mostly small things - there were no robes or slippers in the room even though they were stated, beach part by the hotel could be cleaned sometimes - there were a lot of trash in the sand, there could be more information about which part is for who as at reception and the other reception they told me two different things which facilities I can enter for free and which not

very spacious, clean, well kept - I like my room especially, it had great bathroom and was big, staff mostly was very helpful, close to the beach, few options for restaurants, thematical which was a great addition to normal all inclusive, few drink bars, generally they do care for you during all stay, everyone speak english, I would recommend the place

The food wasn’t great, the breakfast was complete but the food seems not fresh and all juices were so watery and for the lunch was the same, we got dinner at the Indian restaurant and the serve us whatever they want ( they bring a plate of everything) the curry was plain and watery, dessert at the buffet were not fresh seems bit hard and old

I wish the staffs could be more helpful regarding explaining what included with my room or some type of information about it. The only thing i was told by the front desk was “you have access to everything” What is “everything”? I had to find out online and ask all other people.

The room next door to mine was being painted during my stay which meant my room smelled of paint.

The pools were really nice and so was the beach. The property also has a coffee shop and Ice cream parlour which were a nice touch and the speciality restaurants were really good

That transport to and from the airport is only included when booking directly with the hotel, no through booking.com. It should be the same regardless of the booking method since it’s the same room

I did not like that the beach was so far out. Also I had to complain a couple of times for the service, but they tried to make it out to us.

Nice resort, really big although they have transportation within the resort. There was a lots of food options and the staff service was just ok!

A little far from the airport due to traffic, but ish there was more Latin music playing at the beach and pool bars. All the live entertainment we saw was not Latin music.

Great rooms, great service beautiful property. Lots of chairs at the pool and beach, no need to get up early to reserve seats like other resorts.

The sparkling wine and Prosecco tasted like vinegar. Being pressured to sit through a time share presentation 3x. Having to pay $30 USD for sunscreen. The resort is HUGE, lots of cart traffic that get aggressive with walkers on the paths.

Upgraded to the Adult only TRS. Swim up room was great. The dinners at restaurants were good. Lunch options were also good. Beach and pools great. Alcohol options met expectations. Butler was amazing.

Staff members are great We loved the coffee shop and the restaurant Le Petit Chef, also the Rafa Nadal tennis facilities and the spa.

Communicating prior to arrival was important but when I showed proof of li e conversations there was no proof there in the concierge’s office of conversations that I was requesting service prior to arrival to set up certain events
