It had everything you would think off, excellent playroom for kids, wired lounge for teens, tennis courts, golf, everything!! The staff always go above and beyond to make you comfortable.

United States of AmericaWe stayed at sunrise, the rooms are functional but they can be improved. They do look like a normal hotel room with nothing special or luxury. Most of the restaurants you have to reserve after you arrive but all of them were fully booked for the in our stay. The spa service is very expense.
Very friendly staff with high professionalism and always ready to help customers. The service is wonderful, a lot of activities, you don't get bored in a week. Nice walk way for a long walk.

United States of AmericaThe checking out process was very slow. I waited for approximately 45 minutes to checkout. I was asked to go the back of the line although I had been waiting in line, so I did. During this time the man who directed me to the back of the line began to checkout 2 families who had cut in front of the entire line. This delay in checkout almost causes me to miss my scheduled transportation to the airport.
Moon Palace is an incredible place to go for a little get away. The staff is amazing and willing to help you with anything. Extra activities such as massages were very relaxing/ exiting. I would definitely recommend Moon Palace to a friend.

United States of AmericaGondola food at best was fair. Lines long. People coughing without covering mouths, desk staff at El Manglar explicitly told re two of my kids’ allergies. Every day. Then minutes later our waiter asked the same. Bathtub took up too much room in bedrooms. Needs couch. Not enough electric sockets. My CPAP machine stopped working when my don left room in morning for breakfast. I woke up gasping for air. The promise of hotel credit was deceiving and angered us. It covered tequila packages which most people don’t buy, some purses and expensive glasses. Got pressed to go to Grand and sat through awful 100 minute hard sell with six different people pushing, pushing, pushing. A real turn off.
Three related hotels, large property, beautiful pool and beach areas, staff very friendly and attentive, obviously enjoying working there.

United States of AmericaThe restaurants that did not require reservations had very long wait times. If you did 2 or 3 seating times, that would help clean it up. Otherwise you have to get to the restaurant door 1 hour before it opens at 6pm to get a table that night.
Most of the Breakfast Buffet was good. Some foods you had to ask for, it seemed like they didn't want you eating all the really good foods too quickly.

United KingdomThe beach and water was very brown disappointed with beach and water they had a blue plastic reef out further from the beach which kept all the plastic and what ever else from washing up on the beach Google maps showed a brown sludge the other side of this ?! I cut my foot on some Metal whilst walking along the beach but thankfully did not get an infection staff at hotel very attentive to this but wanted £25 dollars for waterproof plasters
All inclusive resort the staff where so very kind and attentive they work so hard to please you Resort a little noisy but you can find quiet places great for family’s Sunrise resort had a little more character was a lot better than Nicuc ( which had no soul)

MexicoThe bathrooms of the rooms are quite small and oldish and didnt look so clean. (We had and moist) Bathrooms near the swimming pools and restaurants areas were also not so clean. Food could also better.
The Beach, the swimming pools and location of the hotel. Thé water park at the Grand (available with day pass) was amazing for kids. Nice app also to see all the entertainment available at the hotel during thé week. Nice Entertainment program too at night.
