so spacious and a wonderful terrace! Full facilities in the kitchen. Where we were even able to make a couple meals. Great location! really nice shower with great water pressure and hot water. there was also a washing machine and a clothes rack, which we were able to hang our clothes on to dry. This was a nice touch.

Although the second bedroom was described as having 2 single beds, the room was very small and narrow had 1 bed with a pullout underneath which didn't fit properly in the room. We had to place the pull out in the living room. The sofa in the living room perhaps needs to be changed.

Location absolutely excellent!! Fully equipped kitchen very roomy living room and outdoor area which we didn't use because it was the middle of winter but would be very nice in warmer months. .

Just aesthetics, Some of the furniture was damaged, refrigerator dinged, dishwasher ver scratch, main bed was very squeaky.

The communication with the agency managing this apartment was not great. We arrived an hour early and the apartment wasn't ready (no problem there). However, I started the communication via WhatsApp (as the message on Booking.com suggested to do in this case) and asked to be notified when the apartment is available. Although this was acknowledged I never got this notification. Instead, it arrived via regular booking.com message. Also, it was advertised as having beds for 4 people. When we walked in we found one double bed and one single. Took us a while to figure out that we were supposed to pull out a bed from underneath the single bed and assemble it in the area where this bed could barely fit next to the other single bed which had a different height. Finally, we were told that the fridge was not working properly and someone was coming to fix it. That never happened.

The apartment is on the second floor with a lift. The location is not too close to the tourist attraction so it's not too busy around but it's close enough that you can walk almost everywhere. However, there are also buses and the metro is not far away (Diagonal station). There's also a couple of supermarkets near by. Placa de la Vila de Gracia is around the corner too which was awesome on the Halloween night as there were so many locals having a relaxed evening there. Some streets in the neighbourhood were also blocked off for parties. The apartment had everything you needed. It's spacious and comfortable. Very clean.

Every time one showered, regardless of taking measures to prevent, water ended up soaking bathroom floor.

We especially liked the patio and location of the property.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the refrigerator not working but management was very responsive and sent someone to fix it the next day. The location was amazing, super close to a lively placa, lots of restaurants on the same street and interesting stores in the area. Also a short walk from the metro. They provided a pack n play for our toddler and the unit was very kid friendly. We would definitely stay again.

It was loud during the night as next to the building is hostel so you can hear the party.

I would have liked to pay with an EC rather than a credit card. I would have liked a sign on the house to recognise it but think this may be changed in the future... Inside I would have wanted to find a wifi password instead of a QR Code only as a guest book.

the apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. it has a a nice outdoor area. We could reach someone over the phone who helped us getting in with a code.

The twin room isn't really a twin, it's a single with a pull out bed. It's a little snug for two people, but we coped fine.

A lovely apartment with all the facilities we needed (including air conditioning!) in a great location. The hosts quickly replied when I had a query and were very helpful.

It was very convenient to be sent a door code rather than coordinating pick up of keys. The apartment is very new, clean and comfortable. There are many shops nearby and good walking areas.

If you get there with a car, the road of the appartment is very narrow. It was also closed when we arrived.

The apartment is convenient, big and with new facilities. It is near by the parking and near by the metro station. The staff was available by phone or whatsapp.

Possibly the addition of butter knives to the cutlery would prove beneficial and a plug for the sink but other than that no faults at all.

The accessibility of the appliances and the apartment was amazing the terrace was wonderful and the bathroom well stocked.

When we arrived we couldn’t access the apartment. We had been sent the wrong door code so had to spend half an hour on the phone standing outside after a long journey trying to obtain the actual code. It took an awfully long time to just provide a six digit code. I also got a phone call and text message at 6.30am one day to say someone had complained about noise when we were all asleep and hadn’t made any noise at all. Other than that it was a great stay

Lovely apartment, the location is great and the terrace is lovely. It’s a short walk to the local square and there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants around.

Great location. Place is nicely renovated, modern. Very spacious. Within walking distance from many sites you should see visiting Barcelona. Self check in and easy to find.
