This is an old hotel. My room specifically had a bad humid smell. The worst part was it was on the bedding specifically the pillow. I had brought Fabreeze, but even that did not help. Quite honestly, the good food and customer service made up for it.

We booked the specialties restaurant twice by 7 pm. In both cases the food was late, no apologies. For the second time, we did not stay because it was going to be an hour waiting for that dinner covereed in mosquitos in the terrace. The big signs about 'do not reserve sun beds if you are not in the pool' meant nothing, there is a point in the day where people is having a meal in the restaurant and all sunbeds are blocked by hats, bags and stuff. So we could not use the facilities at times. And other customers are so loud! The place could do with some reminders of regulations on respect to other's space and peace.

It was just nice. We just wanted a quiet place to relax, no shows and activities needed. Needed a comfy bed, silence and access to rest near the lovely beach. The main restaurant has good points for good food seasoning and provisioning to all. The staff is really kind and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable; the resort and rooms were clean. We were always able to find something to eat; however that would be the only negative. Sometimes the bread wasn’t fresh, there weren’t always vegetarian options, and the fresh pizza or other popular dishes ran out quickly and weren’t restocked. We also found the activities coordinator Pancho to be disrespectful and rude, he often made jokes that were making fun of guests and had activities where he changed the rules midway as to who would win. The other activity staff were great.

Several pain points: 1) unless you leave tips, some of the bartenders might mix you smth which would taste like it was in the same room with alcohol, but not more. I used to give tips to be grateful for a good service, not in order to get it in the first place. 2) one the waiters at the main dining area (aged man with glasses, didn’t remember his name) was mocking my wife and making fun of her since she was trying to ask for cutlery in Spanish, but apparently wasn’t very good at it. This is absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior for staff. I didn’t want to go in a big fight, but this is what you got when you trying to respect local culture and language. 3) At almost very beginning of the stay I left my hat somewhere in the pool area for 10 min and it was gone for good. It wasn’t anyhow branded, simple 10$ hat, but the fact was quite unpleasant, so you should take good care of your goods 4) at the checkout date we got to know that our flight got shifted several hours later and we asked manager of it’s possible to have a late checkout. Even though the hotel was half full at the most and we were told there is no one to occupy our room after us, our ask had been rejected and we had to leave the room at exact time. They allowed us to stay on the hotel grounds, but for the lunch we had to pay separately.

Pretty old, but well maintained hotel, good cleaning, nice outdoors. If you’re going with kids older than 5 years, they have a perfect kids club with marvelous staff (Diana, thank you so much!) who would be able to take care of kids for several hours during the day. There are tens of iguanas just walking around the grounds, what is wonderful either! Food was good all the time. Perhaps, a little bit more variety of fruits would be better, but that wasn’t any bad. Since we’re used to Mexican food, we were happy.

Rooms need some work (bathroom faucet broken, smoke detector removed, bar sink smelled like septic due to no p-trap). Smaller resort so limited show and dinner options.

Kid water slides were great. Nice beach area. Massage hut on the beach for good price service was a bonus! Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff and easy check-in.

I don’t really have any complaints considering the price. My room was a little loud due to proximity the pool. No harm done though.

This is an extremely good value for an all inclusive resort. Food options were actually pretty good. Breakfast buffet was killer. The entire staff was super friendly. Shout out to Kaomi at the front desk for being kind and welcoming, and Ivan out at the beach bar for mixing some mean margaritas. My room was large and clean, the AC worked well. Beach access was easy with plenty of sun chairs and attentive servers.

No complaints here. Great deal for an all inclusive. The food is okay. Not as updated as other places but again worth the deal if you want all inclusive.

The room was simple but spacious. There’s a mini fridge. Central air. Nice balcony to the property perimeter. Big pool. Great beach area with bar. Staff was all excellent! Great for families.

The hotel is meant to be non-smoking; there were guests smoking in common areas, we feel they need to monitor this more closely. The rooms are very dated; some maintenance is overdue. The rooms are far from sound proof; we heard our neighbours very clearly.

The food was decent; alot of variety and fresh fruit and vegetables. We rented a car and appreciated the secure free parking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The food was good but nothing special. Not a concern just we have had better when staying at 5 star resorts but that is expected.

Smaller quieter resort that is great for kids. Pool was set up well and lots of activities for the kids.

The music at the poolside is very loud, it's not a place to unwind. Drinks served are very alcohol focused. Non alcoholic isnt much choice. The shower is hard to operate temperature wise. The buffet for dinner is not much, especially no options for vegetarian and not very healthy. Ate elsewhere a lot. The a la carte restaurant serves a three course menu in 40 mins. The vegetarian option was 3 pieces of ravioli.. Bed mattress too hard for light weights. Damp room. Sometimes smelly.
