Room next door was under construction. Was a little loud after 10am but we understand updates are always needed. New fire alarm system kept going off in our room the first two nights before it was totally disconnected. We were offered a different room.

The sea is a bit rough because Cancún mostly get wind from east

First time in Cancun and experience was exceptional, and definitely much better than expectations. This resort exceeded my expectations. All service staff from waiters, concierge, hotel housekeeping, entertainment and more were so kind and hospitable. My room had a beautiful view of the beach and there was a Jacuzzi in our room included free room service. The coffee shop was the perfect place to grab a coffee in the morning or a snack during the day. The rooms were luxurious, spacious and clean. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jesus Gracias for going above and beyond.

Food options were limited. There were no lounge chairs directly poolside (and limited ones at the beach) unless you paid extra for a cabana that came with 2 lounge chairs (expensive). Sort of felt like 2nd class citizens being shoved to the back of the pool area.

That the jets in the Zen Spa jacuzzi didn't stay on longer and you had to keep pushing the button to turn it on.

Everything. From the time my taxi arrived to the resort until I left. Impeccable service. Stellar recommendations for food. Clean everywhere. Customer service 12 out ot 10, including housekeeping. Food was delicious and every member ensured you had whatever you needed. Entertainment every night. Jacuzzi tub in the room. Jets on shower were powerful, the shower and separated bathroom was beautiful and it smelled good everywhere. The pool was heated with swim up bar and jacuzzi. Fun, sun, drinks, ocean, food. Excursions were so much fun. Lots to do. Zen spa was phenomenal

The wifi was a little spotty

The staff was super friendly. Jonathon organized great beach volleyball and tequila volleyball games for us. We had a blast! Samanta, the hostess at Spice, the buffet restaurant was super friendly. We also loved the high quality shows each night plus drinks in The Den and of course the gorgeous beach.

If I have to be picky, the drinks could have been better.

Location was great, hotel was great, food was great. But what was truly exceptional was the service, the attention, how everyone at the hotel made you feel special.

A small thing is that the vent in our room was pointed directly at the bed with no way to redirect it. It's too hot to leave the air off but I also couldn't sleep with air blowing on my face all night.

Food was generally great! The staff was very friendly and offered great service no matter where we went. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
