Food is expensive. When we booked it included breakfast. We were left in shock after we had our breakfast and was given a bill for $75 USD. We questioned it and was told it wasn’t included. Was trying to look for the information when it was booked to prove that. Secondly, one of our kid found a braw behind the bathroom door. Thirdly, the bed was not comfortable, it felt as if it was broken and you will fall off. Night sleep was awful. Furthermore, they tried being pushing in buying a villa or so called time shared package. When the loan guy came to say well it’s a one time and at the moment discount at x prize, and we said no, you can see his face was almost fire red and he was like thank you and walked away. We felt disrespected because you didn’t want to accept no for our answer and kept pushing to make a deal and because we stressed the word no again, he got upset.

I wish the on-site store offered more items and stayed open later. I dislike high pressure timeshare sales so we avoided the front of the hotel where these folks conduct business. I wish the mixed drinks were stronger. I wish check-in was faster.

Was across street from a large mall which contains restaurants and retail. Very close to Cancun nite life central. Hotel is beautiful. Clean rooms, large pool. Ocean front with cabanas. On-site restaurants. Very little to not like about this facility or staff or cleaning help.

The restaurants at the hotel are very expensive . It’s too bad because we would like to eat at the hotel more but instead mostly go to other great places off site .

All rooms have amazing views and large windows. We took the bus easily to go to restaurants etc . The staff is amazing and grounds are lovely . It’s great having a kitchen in the room . Grocery’s stores are close (walking / bus) and it’s nice to have snack food .

Didn’t like the pushy sales pitch to become an owner. To tie up 90 min of your stay to get 100-300 of credit is not good. If you listen to the presentation thst really only takes 30 -45 minutes . When you say you’re not interested that should be it! Period. Especially when you paid for your stay.

Liked the variety of pools and activities. Restaurant menus need to vary . It shouldn’t be the same at the sports bar and pool restaurant.

Excellent pool area! We mostly stayed at the beautiful beach which was less crowded. Staff very friendly. Hotel not too big, but with Starbucks and convenience store. Mall just across the road. Very good breakfast buffet. Rooms with kitchen great for cooking in the evening

Restaurants overall I think can be improved. The food was not of great quality and obviously not cheap as it is a resort, so definitely something to improve.

The staff is super nice. All the facilities are great and the location is amazing. The room has everything you could need and the views from it where gorgeous.

Not all inclusive. For the price we paid I expected drinks to be included but I was mistaken

I came with a family of 8 including small children and we had a blast! We enjoyed every second of our stay and will definitely be back. The resort is gorgeous, comfortable and easy to get around with the beach just seconds from our room. Staff was exceptional, always smiling, always trying to help make the stay better. We used the kids room for the little ones to play especially during the random rain storms and they begged to go back every morning! Could not have asked for a better hotel.

The room given to us was right by the sports bar and as early as 6am, you hear the staff pushing some trays, a lot noise early in the morning that woke me up the whole time we stayed even after telling the front desk about the noise. And they don’t clean the room everyday and had to ask for new towels on the days they didn’t clean our room.

The jets in our tub wasn’t working properly and the lock in our sliding door was broken. I thought our room would be an ocean view, but it wasn’t. They were also very aggressive in selling timeshare. Beware that they will offer for u to attend a sales talk in exchange for discounts at excursions. Dont do it, its cheaper to buy tickets to excursions online or at expedia.

We had a one bedroom villa and it’s exactly perfect for a family. Our room is very spacious and the bathroom too! The room has the amenities perfect for a long stay. The kitchen is packed with everything we needed from pots to dishwashing liquid and sponge. The laundry in the room is perfect since we only had small carry on luggage with us. The vacuum was helpful to clean up our mess. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning our room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pool is PERFECT, overlooking the beautiful ocean. The pool is so big its visible when we were in the plane! The location is perfect, close to a grocery store and right next to a bus stop. It’s also right across a mall. The resort is very quiet, perfect for fun and relaxation. They also offer free activities in the resort.

We participated in a sales meeting for 90 minutes. I felt so much pressure to do that. I understand you want to sell, but I suggest you use a better strategy so guests don´t feel harassed

The room was big and comfortable, and all the amenities were excellent; we had a beautiful view, and they cleaned the room every day, which was a plus after the pandemic.
