Central air condition wasn't working upon check-in . Luckily there was a split unit installed that maintenance brought me a remote for. Filters were pretty dusty and it was an old unit but once up and running, it kept the room cold. Did not like the bar drinks. Also no coffee available in the mornings.

Old rooms, old towels, uncomfortable beds and very cheap products/supplies. I traveled with family and booked my 2 rooms online but they give us separate rooms one in one complex and the 2nd one in a different complex, very inconvenient for when you have some of your kids so far from your room.

As a solo traveller, I didn't love the idea of having to wear a wristband with the hotel's name and address on it, just something to consider. The room could definitely use a renovation and I've never had to fill out a form for a beach towel before, but there's a first time for everything. The restaurant also closed for food from 12-1:00 pm for some reason. There was no water provided in the room after the first day as well.

Stay here for the location on the beach and the price. The staff were friendly and they made some lovely cocktails at the restaurant. The view from the balcony was stunning.

The place looks antiquated and rundown, the front desk doesn’t have change whether it’s in pesos or dollars, and we couldn’t pay the initial fee in card either. We had to have exact pesos which was a hassle.

Location, the kindness of the staff super helpful, the view and the accessibility to the beach and the amenities for the pool and beach. Hot water works great, electricity just fine, air conditioner is wonderful, bed is cozy, very clean and the overall experience was great

Hot bathroom, small beds, room had a smell. Remote control had to be given at time of checkout which we didn’t know of n we had to return back to grab for them.

Some things in the room are too outdated, like the bathrooms. And there wasn’t a microwave or a fridge in the rooms. They also never left enough towels in the room even after I asked them for more. We were 4 they left 2 towels I asked if I could get more and they left 3.

The location was perfect a short walk to pretty much everywhere. There’s a little market across the street from the hotel.

The security should make sure the kids stay out of the adult side. It probably would help if the receptionists would make that pool rule clear to all guests. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful ocean view. The bathroom shower curtain was just a bit short, so the water always wet the floor.

This beautiful hotel was more than I expected. From the entrance to the hotel, the reception area, both very inviting. The restaurant was in the middle of everything, a gorgeous palapa set up with tables and a view to kill. There were 2 pools adjacent to each other. 1 family and 1 for adults. There is a great beach area set up with chairs and umbrellas. The beach was really nice too. The staff are very attentive and everyone was so nice.

The grand hallways were extremely echoey. There was a large group enjoying themselves on the patio below until midnight and we could hear everything as if they were on our balcony.

Beautiful property in a great location for restaurants and walking friendly to small shops and a great coffee place just 2 blocks away. The staff was wonderfully helpful and welcoming.

They didn't give me 4 towels for the pool when we had 4 guests. They stated minors dont get towels. It didn't make any sense. 1 outlet in the unit was also a struggle to charge 4 phones

Walking distance to everything (food n oxo) and the beach being right there was perfect. Great view from the suite.

The rooms were quite outdated. Bathroom did not seem entirely clean, shower area mostly. Only one towel per person so two people, two towels.
