Staff could have been a bit more proactive and work diligently. I saw dirty utensils left outside a room which was not cleared from the night before until the next evening. Things like this may attract insects and maybe even rats. Hygiene should be the top priority of any hotel.

The in-room dining menu is not synchronised (new unreleased menu were provided in the room, which were unusable at that particular timeline) with the restaurant, causing difficulty to order since the menu is not correct.

It is a bit dirty. Breakfast spread not very tasty. Please change chef. At the very least. Make sure you have a decent nasi lemak.

Could see a layer of dust on the floor under the TV console. Very obvious that vacuuming was not performed properly. Cleanliness is something very important.

WiFi is close to non-existent. Gym had a lot of faulty equipment. Place may seem a bit outdated. The TV had a lot of channels but many were inactive.

Hotel is located by the beach which was nice. The breakfast was alright. It's nice to have a convenience store within the hotel itself as the next nearest one is about 12km away. Room was big with questionable steps above the bed (i don't know what it's for). Room can feel a bit sandy but that's what you get when your room is facing the beach. The pool was good. The room aircon is super cold. FREE PARKING!

The dark corridor leading to the lift during the daytime! There are also alot of sand flies on the beach area that bites and leave red itchy marks this visit.

The nice clean room also comes with a good sea view, we enjoyed the sunrise in our room. Had a pleasant stay with my family and will go back again! Must try the new seafood restaurant on the ground level, great menu! Oh they even have a mini zoo at the side of the hotel which was not ready during our previous year's visit.

I dont like that there isnt any beach towel at the swimming area, which made us walking around the hotel soak and back to our room. Atleast they could have inform us beforehand to bring the towels from the room, if we are intending to swim, as there isnt any towel station at the swimming pool. I dont like the fact that it is far from shops, and activities places such as ATV and other water activities. When i watch the video review in youtube, it shows that there is atv rental at the resort, go carting, big slide at the resort. However when i ask the receptionist they said there isnt any at the moment for the go cart, atv or the big slide( on maintainance). Thus it was very dissapointing. The rental of bicycle, doesnt have any child seat available. Therefore i was unabke to rent it, as i had a 3 year old and 1 year old. Which in the end, the only activity available was playing with sand, swing on the beach, swimming pool or the kids playground.

I like the fact that the resort have their own beach, room balcony and lots of seating area nearby the lobby area and outdoor area.the room were clean and spacious. Clean toilet too.

The view and view and view was amazing. The hotel to the beach is about 100 meter with soft sand and wonderful wave sound. Front desk was amazing they were so helpful and always wish me good morning and asking me if I need anything thank you for the great service. The Spa was the highlight for me. I had the best massage I ever had. They was incredible polite and listen on where to tackle. I am feeling so fresh after an hour massage. If they were closer I would be coming to them.
