Malaysiaif the checkout time is 12:00 pm maybe i can enjoy a little more .. for the late check out is good its so much cheap but if the customer check in time was like 12:00 pm or maybe above 10:00 pm it would be nice not to charge anything this is my only opinion cause i stay only halfday not for a day.. hehe

MalaysiaThe cleanliness of the bathroom has room for improvement since a RM60 cleaning fee was incurred, so we expected better conditions, especially in the bathroom. There were stains on the bathroom wall and hair in the basin.
The location is very convenient, with a lot of food places available nearby. The room is quite comfortable for two people to stay with amenities provided like towels and hairdryers. There are microwave, kettle and cooking utensils available as well.

MalaysiaComfy and simple,bring yourself (of corz dress on) and live in this unit which is cleaner than your original home, suitable for 1 or 2 night stay up to 3 ppl as the sofa is convertible into a bed. You won’t be a hungry ghost as there’s so much to eat nearby, if you do then you’re just lazy, 10mins walk 5 mins drive what else you want ? Just need to notice to collect the card and rfid scan before entering parking. If not you will be a fool like me getting honk by other tenants😅

MalaysiaParking was confusing. Difficult to find the block's lift as there were no indicator. Apartment was not well cleaned. There were food remnants from previous tenant under the sofa. Sofa is old and broken. Pillows were super worn out, with stains and even blood stain. Entire place was dusty that I had allergy reaction. Toilet wasn't cleaned. There were urine splashes on the toilet seat. There was also leftover fake eyelashes from previous tenant on the mirror shelf. Stains on the basin and by the wall. Bad sewage smell coming out of the piping. Loud noises from neighbors when they passed by and when they close the door.

Singaporesaw the reviews were quite positive but it went the opposite way when we checked in. it was not thoroughly cleaned and some used stuffs by last stayers were still lying around. many facilities were already spoilt eg. bidet, iron board, sofa (the wooden frame inside was already broke), and even the glass hanger in front of the basin was broke etc. no respond was made when we raised these concerns in the group chat
