The hall is minimal and this is something I usually do not care, but in this case I do since a lot of guests arrive in KL by night buses from SIngapore (like I did) or by night flights. It is not possible to check-in the rooms earlier than 3 pm and leave the luggage before 8:30, thus there is not much to do. Another problem is the elevator. Due to the huge number of floors and people, waiting time is a bit too much. In addition, staff looks very busy and it is hard for them to keep up with requests from the guests.

The hotel is very close to the Petronas Towers, thus the location is good and strategic. Not so much far from the hotel there are restaurants, clubs, pubs, etc... The poof at the rooftop is kept clean and nice, and the restaurant there prepares delicious food. Rooms are big and it is possible to see KL' skyscrapers, making the view cool to see.

Room not cleaned by housekeeping at all. Shower bathroom is a wet room so room gets wet quickly.

We enjoyed our stay at Ceylonz Starlight, the location is perfect for discovering Kuala Lumpur and the rooms were clean, pretty and spacious with a great city view. The pool was also clean and a nice way to relax.

It's a big hotel so expect to wait few minutes for the elevator. There is no room service cleaning, if you are staying less than 7 days so bring your own towel and the room get messy. The swimming pool is always crowded

Sheets and towels had permanent stains. Small cockroachs in the appartment and in the toilet. Pool area was closed when it rained. No undercover area at the pool area for smoking.

The water pool was not the cleanest, also under the bed was a lot of dirt and dust. It was also missing a hairdryer despite listed in tge room equipments. The pool bar at the top is way too expensive.

The view was amazing, the room was spacious and the beds were quite confortable. Localion wise, it was quite central, near Chinatown and Jalang Alor food market. And of course, tge rooftop pool it's the icon of the hotel.

The staff at the reception was unfriendly and refused an early check-in, without even looking if the room was already cleaned and available. This was very annoying as we arrived from the airport after a very long flight.
