We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is located in a convenient place, and a walk distance of less than 5 min can reach a different restaurant. Even take Grab from KL central only need about 10min - 20 min and the fees is around RM15.

MalaysiaAs soon as we entered the room, a small cockroach greeted us on the bed . The cleanliness of the room could be better . One or two tiles on the floor of the room seem to be unstable . There is no place to hang clothes in the toilet, only place to hang towels . TV is not working .
Is ok to stay for short vacation . The room is ok for 2 people . What I didn't expect is that the hotel also prepares slippers, which are flip-flops, not the kind of shoes that are usually used in hotels. This makes it very convenient for me who didn't bring slippers to change. When I go downstairs to buy things, I can wear their slippers directly. Staff is friendly , overall is ok .

Malaysia- First time came in the room got smoking smell and after awhile the smell gone. But, then the room started to smell smoke again. Not sure the smell from where. - The sink was blocked. Hard for water to drain. -At night, can listen the building or room beside my room knocking/ chopping something. I'm not sure the sound came from where. It lasted quite awhile.
- The hotel is located at a strategic place. There are a lot of good places to eat (no -halal) and only walking distance. - The TV channel was good. Got HBO channel to watch good movies. - Easily access to water dispenser.
