We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaParking area was very cramped, and required very tight turns to navigate the ramp.
Nice, quiet and clean environment. I was surprised that the hotel had a complimentary minibar. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient, they were very concerned that they couldn't accommodate our request for clean sheets when we checked in. So when we told them all we needed was freshly laundered sheets, then it was easily resolved on their end.

SingaporeThe staff were not very helpful and not very proficient. Understandably a few were trainees and kept having to go back to the manager for simple requests.
The location was good. Right next to Queensbay Mall. Room was of a good size. Water pressure in the shower was good. Bed mattress was a bit lumpy and should be changed. Room was bright enough. Could have put in another chair for my partner to sit on.

MalaysiaDue to renovation, buffet breakfast had to be served at the function rooms - with enclosed environment, it can be quite stuffy and smoky from the egg counter. But this is temporary measure, hopefully the renovation will be ready soon.
Had to postpone initial booking due to Covid19. The hotel staff assisted to meet this request through booking.com staff. Rooms were nice and clean, Club level was good, nice and comfy bed and pillows. Staff were friendly and helpful. Brekafst spread was good

MalaysiaThe narrow parking space is truly outrageous. Not enough space to even get out of the car. Also the traffic congestion during the peak hours is another dilemma we faced driving out from the hotel to main road.
Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff and atmosphere. Excellent buffet spread. Kudos to their great staff, Suraya, Parthiban, Vivek, Shweta, to name a few. Wish our stay could have been longer. Will definitely choose Eastin for our next stay in Penang.
