The dorm smelled of dampness when I initially checked-in. I opened the windows, which helped the air to circulate and damp smell was out after 24hrs

Quiet, central location. Its calm as its a guest house and not a hostel. The dorm was spacious. It was very clean. Staff were kind and helpful and the general deco and athmosphere of the place was friendly.

The heating system in the shower room needed to be improved. It was not easy for me to adjust the water.

Location is near Tanah Rata Bus Terminal. Short walk to Tanah Rata downtown. It was a historical building

Overall room was clean but bedsheets had old coffee/tea stains on them. Wifi started cutting out on the second day and was really slow.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Good aircon and shower pressure.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from bus station. The room was clean with toiletries and hot water. We did a tour through the hotel and had some issues but the owner fixed it so no problem at all. Overall nice stay would definitely stay again!

The so-called TV room ( TV) size is very good but the odour of cats litter or something else not sure but it wasn't pleasant, the small little pillows on the couch smells too. Seriously need to look into it!!!!!

We stayed for 2 nights. The room is clean, the hot water heater works well, it was raining like cats and dogs one night and we wanted to get to the pantry but there was no roof connected to the pantry it was a bit of an inconvenience .

The parking space is limited and you have to go to another building to take hot water.

You can walk around to find food and visit the town. Near to the bus station.

Was expected to remove shoes, but carpets and floors of common areas were durty Gaskitchen not working, no forks available Noisy during all night sound of like an elevator going up every minute, not clear from were the sound was comming

The Lodge is clean, comfortable, quiet and very nice. It’s all we were expecting from a place like this. The kitchen is very useful for having a lunch or dinner at the lodge and all the spaces are shoes free, which is so great. We booked the full day tour here and was amazing and cheaper than the other places

The shower/ toilet was separate from our room which I wasn’t aware of when I booked this accommodation however the facilities remained cleaned throughout - due to it being monsoon season when we visited we were a bit wet and cold so would have liked the water to be a bit warmer in the shower otherwise no complaints!

The accomodation was a just a 5 minute walk from the local bus station. The hotel being tucked away from the Main Street meant little traffic noise could be heard at night. Check in was quick and easy and staff were very helpful. Although we didn’t use them - there was an option to hire mopeds on sight which would have been perfect if the weather was a bit better. The room it self was spacious enough for two adults and their luggage - and the mattress was VERY comfortable.
