SwitzerlandThe Check-In is complicated. My flight was in the evening so I could leave my luggage there (plus point), however when I wanted to pick it up, nowbody was there. I informed the Person already 1 hour in advanced but nobody showed up. He texted me 30‘ after.
The property was clean, everything worked and the View was amazing.

MalaysiaThe room I get is much more different then what I book earlier. I book 4person room but I get 2+1 small room. The reason they give me:The room we booked had a water leak upstairs.And it already happen a month. If it already happen a month why management still open the room to let. Is the management deliberately deceiving the tenants?So here is a reminder for those who want to rent a room, be careful. Before renting, confirm with the management that the room is 100%available and good in condition.

South AfricaThe shower drain was blocked in the en-suite bathroom. We were only given 2 bath towels & 2 hand towels which we needed to share amongst 4 adults and a toddler for 2 weeks. We eventually bought our own towels.

China1. Our family of four stayed in two large beds and found only two quilts. We were charged RM40 for requesting an additional cup, which is unusual in our previous stays in B & Bs or hotels. 2. Remember to take care of your belongings when swimming in the pool on the 35th floor. There are no surveillance cameras there. Our bath towels and clothes have been stolen.
The location of the apartment and the view from the balcony were great. Next door is a lively commercial district, which is extremely convenient.

PolandAll good, but communication with the host might have been better. At some point the host stopped answering my messages on Booking.com. I was a bit terrified as I didn’t receive the QR code prior to my arrival and was a bit pressured by the Gatekeepers. At the end I have contacted the Host on what’s app and it went a bit smoother from this point on.
Swimming pool, gym, location, view, apartment was clean and well facilitated.

BruneiThere was an odour that smelled like a drain... Notified the staff about it but there wasn't anything they could do so we had to air out the room by opening the windows and turning on the AC and fans and hoping for the best.
The location is really good being right next to Lalaport Mall and really close to the station and the city centre

AustraliaBeing on a low floor and having a view over Pudu rather than the city. Once I was used to it I found looking down at what was going on in Pudu interesting. I guess I could have paid more for a better view but it's not a priority. I thought it weird how there's so many security guards but this seems to be a common occurrence in KL.
The pools and gym were nice. Best part was the location next to the Lalaport mall which was rarely busy. A 5 min walk to the monorail was also advantageous.

Love how convenient the place is located in the heart of KL and its connected to a mall next door! Love the pool, love the facilities from pool to gym, love the security of the place, felt really safe and privacy staying here! Grab is also accessible and the supervisor, Mr Kawsar was such helpful. Would definitely come back!

ItalyThe bathroom was very smelly. Booking told me the host will contact me providing me with all the information needed (code, QR, number of mailbox) a week in advance, but I received (after asking) only a few hours before check-in the QR code to be able to pass security . But no code and room number to be able to get the key. Considering that I didn't have a Malaysian SIM card to be able to communicate, all the procedures weren't so smooth for me as they should have been. Same for check-out, they answered my questions a few minutes before checking out time .... I would suggest to be more prepared in case a guest from abroad is coming not having the possibility to immediately communicate through WhatsApp or booking.com
