Despite being a ‘business’ hotel, the room does not have a minibar (mini fridge). The room could provide complimentary slippers and the hotel could provide a microwave downstairs for guests’ use. Staff can do with a little bit more smile.
Plenty of shops and amenities around the hotel and very close to public transportation. Hotel is spacious, shower pressure is great and overall ambience is very comfortable.

The location is pretty ok, in center of KL, although you know, KL always traffic jam but the parking and location is good enough. Staff are okay. Able to keep out luggage but in a room without lock, no receipt or tag for your luggage so beware of your stuff if you putting to storage.

Philippines18 Reviews6 helpful votes“Great value for money”The toilet was located in the same area as the shower. When I booked the Deluxe King Room, the pictures in Booking.com showed that the toilet is separate from the shower, but the actual room had the toilet and shower in the same area.
The location is excellent because there are nearby local restaurants. For its price, it offers great value. Thr bed is comfortable, the room is clean, and the aircon is working properly. We also liked that there is a handheld bidet near the toilet.

The room was very clean and there were ample toiletries. The air condition was working perfectly and the water pressure and hot water was great. Thank you very much for the goodie bag and the coffee machine. Keep it up. We don't see such things even in bigger hotels

It's a great location for several public transportation stops. The bed & pillows are very comfortable to my preference. The bathroom is clean and romantically lit. Room cleanup was top-notch. Love that they have water dispenser prepared for us to refill our water bottles at the lobby before heading out. Heavily considering into booking this place again!
