MalaysiaNot sure if the heater was spoilt but we didn't have hot water in the bathroom. It was only hot for a few minutes but later the water become cold.
Very clean room. Microwave and other kitchen utensils were provided. It had water dispenser.

MalaysiaBad parking location arrangements, maybe could be done better or inform guests provide options if they want valet. Because I literally had to take 4 lifts like some maze. Bad. That is really bad. And the video is not helpful at allll. Otherwise cleanliness is okay only. TV is just for decoration.
To be honest only the staff Kak. Ain. She was such a great help. She was responding eventhough I self. Check-in midnight. And the house had water filter which was great so no worries about buying water.

SingaporeOne if the TV remotes are missing. Set top box remotes control ran out of batteries and couldn't work. Staff also have no respond to get the TV working without remote control.

MalaysiaWiFi connection to TV box was very bad at night. Keep loading and end up super frustrating that can't watch anything on the TV. Location within the property a bit complicated to find the floor & tower despite the signages. Keys need to be tapped a few times before able to open room door. Property location a bit far with winding roads. Some areas a bit dangerous if not careful. Luckily traffic was not heavy so consider fine.
Room was comfortable. Basic facilities if we're to stay for few nights also ok

MalaysiaThe toilet had an awful smell, probably is due to the piping issue. 15 mins drive from First World Hotel, if it is misty at night, visibility is low, quite dangerous to drive to the apartment. Night time the sound of the wind is loud as some of the windows are not able to be closed tightly.
Spacious and able to accommodate 6 people. Price is cheap.

The room is clean and spacious. The toilet is clean and the shower heater is functioning well, also the shower pressure is a plus point! We are satisfied with our stay. Thank you.
